Alicia Hernandez1I like switching from a bank to CU. Having difficulty being able to add my card or transfer money because it wants to "verify" and make me call y'all, which I don't have time for. You can't just transfer money until you do a "test transfer"? Who has time for that, just set it up. Annoying!

Jordan Jackson1They charged me 3 NSF fees in one day and I never even went over the limit for the NSF charge lmao this credit union is a complete joke and a waste of time. Please everyone go somewhere else where your money and account is secure

Carol Sanchez1So here I am again..I've been trying to talk with a rep since Tuesday. Hold times are crazy....Wednesday I waited 30+ minutes. All I need is to have a debit card processing amount removed for a day. Now I need to go into the branch for such a simple transaction. Doing a little refi..started proces August 24....today is November 22...still waiting. They dropped the ball a few times.

Renee Giorno5I've been banking with Chase for years. When I went in there to open a business account there was nobody that can help me for 2 weeks. I decided to go to Desert Financial to open my account there. Everyone was so welcoming. I was able to get all my accounts opened there without a wait or appointment. Gabriel was so helpful and accommodating in opening my accounts and I closed my account at Chase. I'm so relieved to get away from the big banks that have nothing to offer except terrible customer service.

Jasmine Johnson5This credit Union is the best, I have been a member here for almost 10 years now. The staff at this location is great. Whenever I come in they are always so nice and helpful! The negative reviews they are getting is shocking to me! I have a chase account for convivence when traveling and also for their credit card but they do not compare when it comes to daily banking activities. Chase puts a 5-10 day holds on all my checks while desert financial never puts more than a 2 day hold, but usually no hold at all! I do wire transfers a few times a year and their fee is only $20 while chase charges $60! I will say that desert financial needs to add Zelle to their mobile banking like Chase has. but other than that, they are a great place to bank and seem to have employees who care about their customers.

Terrible customer service and their atms literally never work every time I go.they also put a random number down on my account that was not associated to me and when I bought a 500$ laptop they put a fraud alert on my card and didn’t notify me which left me stranded. I would not recommend this place at all.

Leanna Hall1We’ve been banking with DF for 3 decades, and persuaded our son to open his first adult banking account here. No one informed him (I was with him when he opened the account) that if he deposited his paycheck through the ATM during the first month the account was open, he would have to wait 10 business days before the funds were released. Fortunately he is a college student and we could just lend him money until his pay is released. It would be such a hardship on someone depending on the funds for food, etc. The manager was apathetic and unhelpful. Very disappointing.

Dale Sakamoto4Probably the worst bank I have ever used. Tons of fees on your account and sometimes bill payments take up to 5 days to process. I've overdrafted many times, because I think it'll post to my account after 3 days like most banks and I forget that it still hasn't. Also have a loan with this bank and it's a nightmare with the processing. Twice I've clicked on the wrong payment type and it's charged me a late fee for not paying under the correct category. I would just take the .5% increase at Chase and get a loan from there. Don't use them. They are not worth it. Revision: A few days later I received a call from the bank and they cleared up the discrepancies. They admitted their mobile online banking system is not the best and to just pay on the computer for my loan. I give them credit for fixing their mistake and giving me a call back after a very frustrating initial experience.
