  EXTREMELY POOR customer service. waited outside the door for around 20 minutes before they would even buzz me inside DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! I could see the employees lingering inside, clearly they do not need the Chandler citizenry's business. Perhaps they have found themselves fallen upon hard times financially due to their poor business ethic, as evidenced by their offer for 30% face value on a $100 Gift card. GREEDY

  Best looking pawn shop I've been too. Clean, friendly, and understanding. Management has something good going with this place. Highly recommend.

  I came inside and was looking for guns and a man named Gmo was very helpful he explained what type were good for me or that fit me he told me how good or better it was he is good to talk to I definitely recommend going to this store and talking to him thank you for everything

  Not sure how you expect to sell anything when your markups are 100% more than what an item retails for. It would be great too if the employee's would be interested in helping you rather than sitting behind the counter on their phones.

  Gold is marked at $4,000 a oz, so if you're thinking we're high on gold -- well, you're right! Because if you ask, we mark it down to reflect the current price of gold. Otherwise we would be re-tagging things all the time as gold prices change. On electronics, there is a bit of room to move on pricing, but we're selling a lot of stuff at very fair prices. there is room to move though, so if you see something just ask about a price and the store can probably make it work for you.

  Good store with great staff and alot of items for sale. Went in to get a quote for some games and Guillermo was very kind and helpful, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get the most out of their items thanks guys

  Sam was super helpful and didn't scam me like other pawn shops in the past he gave me more than I asked for which is rare for a pawn shop. Thanks again for your help guys we need more pawn shops like this !! 9/27/2018 @ 10 am was my visit
