  We met with Steve to open our business account yesterday. I can’t even explain how good of an experience it was to finally make the transition from PNC to Wright pat!!! Steve is very business minded and did a fantastic job helping us. We love this bank and can’t wait to grow our business with a bank that actually cares!!!

  Been banking here since I was 16 and will not stop. I feel that my money is safe here. The service is great. Sometimes slow but always kind and honest. Have 3 accounts here. Cashed some of my Bonds here. Have used their coin to cash machine. Nice bathroom. Waiting room ok. Plenty of parking. Drive through is awesome, use it all the time. ATM is good. Good area. Like the website and the mobile app is my best friend. Have not yet used their loan service or credit card services. This is no one's fault but whoever makes the rules: I do hate that you have to be 24 to receive free checkbooks. Not yet 24 and I use checks frequently. Checks are expensive but cashiers checks are more expensive so I guess I'll pay

  One of the main reasons why I bank with wright Patt is for the change counting machine that not only is free for members but also give you a 10% bonus into your savings account. Knowing this, I save all change that I can and even break more bills so that I may save for change for vacation. Now that I’m getting ready to go on vacation I’ve been informed that their counting machines have been closed with no re opening date to “stop the spread.” So my only other option is to be charged 7-10% to count it using a coin star machine. I am very upset and the customer service rep had nothing more to say than I’m sorry. I will be changing banks ASAP.

  The good: sweet people that work real hard to help as much customers as possible. The bad: only drive thru and if you are not at the bank early. Be ready to wait for a very long time!

  I have banked with WPCU for 8 years now, and have been mostly satisfied. My only real complaint is that you usually have to wait in line when you go in, but usually not for too long. Would be nice if they could add one more teller. I haven't had to use any loan service, so I can't review that. Financial adviser John Sagraves is a super nice person, and all of the staff there is very helpful. The WPCU web site is also very user friendly, and I like it a lot. Thank you.

  The good: I love the WPCU service itself. The app is easy to use, I love it's online features, the rates are good, and they were super easy to work with when I got my auto and home loan through them. I love the easy saver account as well. The bad: The lines and wait-time are outrageous! It seems like every time I go inside no matter what time or day it is, there's a line almost out the door. Last time I was in there, I was there for over an hour for a relatively simple task. This branch needs more people working to speed up the lines. I've never been to a bank where I had to wait that long to be served. I recently switched accounts from PNC to WPCU, however I'm thinking of switching some accounts back to PNC simply because I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped, and I didn't have to go through multiple people in one visit. I don't like that the tellers can't help you with seeing your mortgage payments and such; I had to wait in another line just to see someone else about my mortgage. I don't like that I can never reach a live person on the phone.

  Aces. I'm never intimidated by a long line when I walk in because I know I'll be out in under 15 minutes. I can't remember ever having waited long. I've done two loans through them as well and the process was relatively painless with decent rates.

  I went today to open a new checking account. I went to the counter first. I spoke to Emily and gave her my ID and my check, she told me I had to wait for someone to open the account. I waited over an hour only to find out my ID was not good enough to open an account. So you lost me as a customer. As well as a bad review, I will not send anyone to that bank for any reason.
