      I have been banking with them for a bit but after this week i will be moving banks. I called them about getting 20 to 40 dollars out of a pending payroll that deposits at midnight and was denied. They are very quick to respond on here but nothing to the email i sent. Still no response from them. All i asked for was 20 or 40 to get through tonight which my payroll that is pending for midnight and is more than enough to cover the 40 and more. Heartless bank. BS computer response so the public can see ir but no response to my e mail even when i left my phone number. Substandard customer service

      This institution does not honor services and products advertised. I have banked with them almost a year, i use my acct frequently, get direct deposits there weekly, my accts are in the black, and i get gov't checks sent there. Every month my services fees are paid. I have been repeatedly turned down for their version of the payday loan, called QCash. This loan boasts that it does not require credit checks. And nothing else is listed regarding requirements or limitations. I have been told i have been with the institution for too little time, i need to get direct deposits there, and the latest...i dont have enough funds in my acct to be approved for the QCash loan. And the whole premise of the loan is to help during tough times. The main reason i am rejected for QCash is that Wright Patt is not my primary financial institution. My business with them is GOOD and it is DISCRIMINATION to demand that i change my banking so that they can MONOPOLIZE my finances!!

      Very disappointed with the ATM transaction i just had. Went to pull some money out of my account and recieved a half of a $20 bill. And of course its saturday so the bank is not open on the inside. Very upset

      When a black or Hispanic associate helps me at the Brandt Pk location in Huber Heights, I'm treated with dignity and made to feel like a valued member of the Wright Patt Community, and my transactions go through immediately, regardless of the amount! When a white associate helps me I'm often belittled and disrespected. My transactions are questioned, and I always face extremely inconvenient "business holds" that prevent access to my money for days. This is very frustrating and terribly disappointing!

      Michelle H who is a float is by far the best employee that you have ever hired at WPCU. If it was not for Michelle I would of taken my bank accounts elsewhere. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Thanks Michelle for getting everything straightened out for me. You deserve a raise for what we went through!

      I've always had good customer service experiences. Never any problems and I've been coming here for about 10 years. There's tons of parking, a drive-through ATM and drive-thru teller lanes, and the lobby is very large. Online banking options have been limited in the past, but recently they've been getting much more up-to-date.

      I used mobile deposit for the first time after being with WPCU for several years. I received an email a couple hours later stating my check was accepted. I looked on line at my account and it said 200 would be available the following day and the remainder the day after. I proceeded to schedule some bill payments for the following day after my account said the money would be available. When the money didn’t become available the day it still says it would be on my account I called to check on the issue. The lady told me the money would be available the following morning. I waited until noon and it still was not available. I called WPCU again and they told me there is a 7 day hold . They placed the hold the day I called in when the full amount was supposed to be available. Not from the deposit date . My bank account still says the full funds will be available two days ago. This is very misleading and inappropriate for the bank to trick people into non sufficient fund fees . And the embarrassment of a returned check. Very disappointed with the lack of personal service and consideration. DON’T BANK AT WPCU . They have gotten too large and lost that personal touch . This check was from my retirement account and was not hand written. No reason for a 10 day hold . I have never deposited or bounced a check before. I would recommend going to a smaller credit union with shared banking if they don’t have enough locations.

      There was no waiting. Staff was friendly and helpful. All questions were answered. Do recommend. Ample parking.

      Wright Patt Credit Union offers in my opinion one of the best values in banking in the Dayton area. They offer competitive interest rates on car loans and decent rates on savings accounts. And it is very easy to avoid any fees that are often associated with banking. This location offers a very nice updates interior with a waiting room with refreshments and a coin counting machine that is free to use for members.

      Wright-Patt Credit Union is our primary financial institution and when we need to go in person this is the branch we visit. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful whatever the transaction. We use the online banking and bill pay services (which are wonderful by the way) quite often but when we have to do something face-to-face we always receive prompt service. I have never had a complaint except for occasional long lines at the drive-thru but mostly at busy times of the day. A great financial institution and a great location to obtain those services.
