  Usually nice friendly service on the surface however these people are not really out to help you. Under the new manager you're not able to even be hours late on your payment or they will redeem your item without a care. With the old management they would allow you to be a day or two late as long as you called to confirm that you would be in to make that payment. The new management says the computer system has been changed do not allow them to do this however I don't believe that for a minute. I am a retired computer programmer and this is something that can be changed on their end. I have made arrangements to pay just a few days late and came in to find my item was in the display case being sold. I was made to buy my item back to get it put back into Pawn. They only offer you more money the second time you pawn something because they want you to get in deeper so that you're not able to buy your item back so they are able to sell it and make more money. I realize this is a business in which they want to make money, however they do you not care about your feelings or your possessions or how sentimental they may be. I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone. I can't wait to get my pawns paid off never to use the services again.

  I went to this location to deposit an item roughly one month ago. At the time, I had routine questions because it was my first time using this service. The store manager stormed out of her office and began answering questions I had directed toward the clerk. I was startled at the manager's rude, condescending tone. This was embarrassing for me because the conversation happened out in the open. Everyone could hear our discourse and she was quite brazen. This was not a good experience for me.

  Purchased a laptop on 1-6-20 got home late,so i call myself charging the laptop over night to my knowledge the battery dies not charge at all. Didn't get the peace of mind because i didn't have enough to get it. Now I'm out of a $106.00. Letting everyone know not to do buiseness with them.,filing complaint with the BBB today. Update,after making a few phone calls my despute was handled by one of the managers at the kocation. So in future purchases I will purchase the peace of mind or put it on layaway until i can pay for it. Thank you Cadhland for hearing me out😉💜

  Was treated very rudely today. I walked up to the store and pressed the button to get buzzed in. I got buzzed in by and employee , it was around 845am. I walked in started looking around, the next thing you know I'm being told I have to get out. Said the store was not open yet. I explained that an employee had buzzed me in. They were not wanting to hear that and told me to get out. I will not be back or recommend this business to anyone.

  I went there to get a loan on my gold chain and pendant. They did their check to see if it was real gold but, the guy kept running a magnet over the chain and after 20 times, he told me he couldn't help me. Employee doesn't know that if you repeatedly run a magnet over gold it will create a magnetic field. I took it to another cashland and got a loan right away. Thank you other cashland.

  I went in yesterday and was told that to pay off my pawn loan I would have to pay 430.00. I told him I would have to come back the next day because i had to go get the money from the ATM and they were about to close. I went in today to pick up my MacBook and was told it was now 460. I explained to the lady that the guy yesterday told me that I would still only have to pay 430. The guy that had told me the day before that it would only be 430 was there and confirmed that he had told me that and didn't realize it would go up. They didn't care or even rectify the other 30 dollars. The people there are really nice but have no sense of customer service and they don't seem to care about creating repeat customers. They should have waived the additional 30 dollars since they made the mistake of telling me wrong information when I asked. Needless to say, when my other loans are paid off, I will never do business with Cashland ever again.

  Aint gona lie hated this place at first but then finally they got some Great people in here working who actually KNOWS what to do n what they r doin . ...Erin is amazing n very KIND n respectful of any of ur personal belongings you bring in for pawn ..and she is a awesome worker !!!! I ONLY like to speak with her when I call or go in !!! :) #CashlandFam♥

  Been going there about 8 years. Great prices. Great customer service. Have always been helpful. Items bought jewelry, tablets, purses and air conditioners.

  Sum of the employees are rude and will hardly pawn any items anymore even if in excelt condition while just about 2 years ago i wouldve had nothing but good things to say im sorry thats not the case todat though
