      I need to let everyone know. The location at Huber Heights they are working so stupid, they don’t want to work, so lazy. I'm having trouble making a deposit two times. If you don't want to lose money, please don't come here anymore. And lady here name is Christine Schweitzer, she is lying. She is not a Manager but she is lying to a client. She says she was the manager

      I am purchasing a new vehicle so I needed information printed out from my account for the last three months. I assume this may take some time. However when I am told that I cant be helped because they are short staffed, you wasted 30 minutes of my time and got nothing accomplished, therefore I had to drive twenty more minutes out of my way to get the documentation I needed just because your reasoning was that you were short staffed. Unacceptable. I’ve been a member of this bank for years and I don’t appreciate how my business was handled.

      I have been with US Bank for a few years now. They have always given me great customer service. Their phone app is awesome and easy to navigate. The check mobile deposit is fast and simple. Recently I tried a local credit union and put cash in their ATM. They put a two day hold on cash. Are you kidding me? Us Bank makes the money instantly available, as they should with cash. They also clear deposited checks quickly. They are a great place to bank.

      Absolutely terrible. I went to the atm and basically got robbed of 520 dollars. I went to withdraw 520 dollars and it showed an error but it never gave me my money. I then later check my bank account and it says that 520 dollars have been withdrawn. I lost 520 dollars.

      I wouldn`t give 1 star for this bank if i had too, I close my account here and they gave me cashiers check, instead of cash! Now, i can`t get my cash becoz i have to wait a week? for them to order the amount of money i have to cash in? its not like i have hundred of thousands!!!!! I close my account to wright patt and they don`t give me problems at all, they gave me cash and not checks! Now I know now where to put my money back! Not this place!!!!!! They will give you hard time getting your money back! This place really suckssss! Big TIME!

      I normally bank at the Kroger location, but since they are closed I had to come here. Literally the WORST customer service EVER! I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER BANK! I do not TOLERATE disrespect from anyone. Abby, Vickie, and Colleen need to be fired!!! Disrespectful women!

      After having an issue with a card the teller walked away from the desk to do other things rather than answer more of my questions on how to resolve the issue. Ask for another teller if you get Vickie in line
