  I have been a member since the early 80’s and I’ve always been treated well. I just had interaction with Diane on applying for a MasterCard, she was so pleasant and caring. I don’t have the best credit and I shared my concerns with her and that I wanted to improve my credit, she was very kind and considerate to what I was going through and I appreciate everything. Thank you Diane and they Daymet CU!

  I needed to open a new checking and savings account. Ms. Meyers was very helpful in getting me started with a new account. Lots of my family has accounts here for years.   First off my account constantly gets locked over just a few months time. Secondly there’s never somebody available to call to get my account unlocked and I’m never able to reach my account. Then thirdly, there’s the customer service. Absolutely inexcusable service. People are always mean, never know how to help. I didn’t choose to have DayMetCU, I was forced into having a vehicle loan by the dealership. All in all, this is a company that should be avoided at all costs, their practice brings me to question the integrity of their business, and the true motives behind their actions.

  I just want to say something about one of your employees and their love to work with and interact with people. Edie Volz has been a blessing for my family. I have walked into daymet and have watched her run around super busy but always takes time to says hello to everyone. Even if she doesn’t know you she greets you with a warm welcome. She is such a people person very loving and always there to help you when you need it. I have told so many people about her and the job she does. She has a heart of gold. She is a young lady who always has a smile on her face and always happy to help everyone. She is one in a million.

  I have never in my life felt like I did today!!! I have been paying my bills on time and all of my loans were through this bank and over the past years I have had a terrible experience but I am alone and they do not help anyone. The are thieves, crooks and useless I am not one to call names but when my life is crashing financially because of this credit union and the members that do not do their job there are no other words. I have lost just about every thing. I have been lied to and talked down to. No- one ever gets back to you and I am fed up. I promise Daymet you may have my loans but I will not only not recommend anyone to go to you but I will make it to where I will post daily on every social media how you treat your members.

  Worst bank ever! Have been a member for a few years and purchased three vehicles totaling 60k and paid all in full. Refused to finance a 4th vehicle due to a few late payments caused me to finance thru Chrysler at a much higher rate..lousy customer service and new manager is a fool. Will take your money direct from acct without consent if loan is due. Never answer the phone and very unprofessional. They stink!
