  Very nice and respectful, even when they couldn’t buy our item, they were super nice and useful. He gave us good info on how to sell our item. Definitely recommend them.

  Out of gas ....was told by them twice they take and don't take name brand named things. I have brand new tablet with Windows 10 they won't take to pawn not sell. And black and Decker drill also new and they won't take. In person they were not friendly but we're over phone. VERY DISSATISFIED only wanted to pawn not sell and they wouldn't help......when going into the store yesterday we were treated as if ladies should not be pawning things our drill was not even took out of the bag and looked at. Nor was the laptop ....the tone of voice was not very welcoming upon leaving store almost condensending.

  I'm sorry you ran out of gas. We stick with the most popular brands, it's not easy to sell certain brands or off brands. I'm sorry we weren't able to help you out, but I don't believe we were rude or unfair.

  World Pawn sold us a computer that was completely broken so I called them up to ask if they would take it as a return and I got a very monotone representative stating all sales are final, even if the item is broken. If you want a place that will sell you broken items that you can’t use and are unhappy with, go here! If you want something that works, go somewhere else!

  Hey Peter, that doesn’t sound right. Bring it in and talk to Steven and we’ll make it right. (Peter never replied to us, and we messaged him on Facebook to resolve the situation. If an item is broken we will take it back, but we test everything before we buy it, and before we price it.)

  I am disgusted and horribly unsatisfied with world pawn I will NEVER EVER return to this store again the so called employees are very very rude and I mean very rude and disrespectful to both me and my husband for no reason what so ever this store should not have the employees they do have I would never treat my customers the way they did uncalled for yelling at us as we walked out the door so for that i will make it known what happened today was not right in so many levels

  We did not yell, and the reason she got mad, was because we wouldn’t sell her a gun when the transaction looked to us to be a straw purchase, which is a felony.

  Fair, honest, courteous, excellent customer service with a great selection and variety of items. Walk into any other pawnshop and you will know how high World Pawn Exchange has set the bar.

  I drive all the way in from eugene (2 hours away) on a Saturday to spend $900 cash on an item, and they're closed for the Memorial Day weekend. No where on their website does it say they'll be closed, even though it says they will be closed on Easter, to me that means someone is staying on top of their holiday business hours, at least on their website. I called and got their answering machine that only gives the hours, and doesn't mention anything about being closed, I figured they were busy or just don't answer their phones (it happens). Taking this money and spending it elsewhere.

  They are pretty honest people, Steven is really helpful and knows what he is talking about. The shop has everything and is fair on the price if you’re interested in something.

  Super place to do business. They have always taking things that ive wanted to pawn and very fair on just about a anything you might need a loan on to get you threw the month,then they will give you a decent amount of $$$ that will and help w/the ongoing pandemic.

  Very helpful with an issue I was having, walked me through the problem solving. Great help, saved me a ton of money as I didn't have to buy what I thought I had to. Ill make sure to go back and make a purchase next time, LOL!

  Knowledgeable staff that was helpful and professional. They went out of their way to give me fair prices for items sold, and I saw good merchandise on the shelves at reasonable prices.
