  I really value the zero fee aspect of my account compared to a bank. After 6-7 years with the credit union every live and phone interaction I remember has been enjoyable and efficient, even including a rare machine error which was rapidly pleasantly and accurately resolved

  Today Cheryl helped me set a bank account with them & it was honestly the best bank experience! She was so helpful, so nice, has a great personality, & very easy to talk to! She deserves a raise! I hope to always work with her when I go in! :)

  I have tried by phone and on line for two days, leaving messages in the secure message center, been on hold for hours and still have had no results. Our account has been compromised and amounts keep being taken out and O/D fees now in the $300 range and still no help. I have left name and number for a representative call back and still no call. The local number also is the same as the 800 number so we have watched our account shrink as we cannot get any help. Yes, we called the fraud number which is the same as the 800 number. So much for "being there" and being of service. On top of it, the bank holds your deposit of SS for days with the excuse it is pending until the third date which means they had our check on the 13th and didn't release it until the 18th but they took our nearly $300 in O/D fees while listing the pending check above.

  Worst place ever. Was talked down to , also when I tried calling them they gave me a huge attitude and hung up for no reason. They don’t listen to what you have to say at all would highly not recommend

  ;This is the most screwed up call center I have ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phone. Cannot just dial ext. Have to listen to a bunch of blather about company picnic. I only gave it 1 star because it will not let you post if you don't.
