  I am absolutely amazed with the service provided here. It was my first time here, and I am so glad to have came!!!!! We first had an appointment at H&R Block (NB Location) and we came in with all of our tax information and they started the conversation with, “Ugh. We’ve been trying to reach you two. Do you not pick up your phone? Your appointment is cancelled.” Right then and there we decided we would rather leave and find someone who treats us with a little respect. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much in terms of respect from a tax preparer because that what I was used to with H&R Block. However, we drove up the road and Liberty was able to get us in right away and completely SURPASSED my expectations!!! I am so thankful for them. The respect, honesty, quality time, personable behavior and friendly atmosphere was amazing and I seriously cannot fathom going anywhere else for taxes ever again! I am so impressed and will let my family know that they need to make the switch! They are amazing and actually do take very good care of you! Please give them a try!

  Steven Gilbert at Liberty Tax in North Bend, OR has done my taxes twice and my Fiances taxes this year. He is absolutely amazing. This was her very first time filing taxes and he was extremely helpful to her and explained everything. I highly recommend Steve to anyone wanting an awesome tax filing experience.

  I have recommended you guys for years. I’m retired now and had a simple return. My friends all told me to go to cheaper 29.99 or free first time clients. The most they paid was 95 dollars. But went to you out of loyalty. But then had to pay 359. 00 for 15 minutes in the chair. Was only getting less than 2000. Back. Paying that much for 15 minutes of service for a retired person is ridiculous. Never coming back or recommending you again. I went to you for 6 years🤬

  I'll walk in at the beginning of an hour and leave before another one starts. They're fast, reliable, and easy to talk to about questions concerning your taxes and were very personable. 10/10 will go again🤠

  This is my second year using Liberty Tax for all of my tax needs. Andy and Nonda have been extremely helpful with making sure I have absolutely everything 100% correct and am receiving my maximum refund. I used to self file with turbo tax, and I'll never look back. They always end up finding at least a few hundred dollars more than when I self filed. Thank you Liberty Tax!

  Susan was very nice and helpful. Everything went great. Quick and easy. Only negative side was the grumpy old bald guy in the back was sort of rude to everyone I heard him talk to
