  Highly recommend! Rachel was great to work with in securing a loan to purchase our vacation home. The list of documents required was clear from the outset and there were no surprises at the last hour for something entirely new. The documents were easy enough to get to the mortgage company although I did have some issues in using the upload portal initially. We locked in a great rate after discussing our options with Rachel early in the process. She explained the many options we had for the rates and length of lock in a way that was easy to understand. It helped us make a decision that was best for our situation and financial position. And we love the idea of saving money by signing up for the Direct Home Rewards. Our primary residence is hours away from both our vacation property and from Rachel’s office and she arranged all the paperwork to be taken care of from the convenience of our primary home. We realize that electronic signing has become the norm and this was helpful of course for many of the documents. But for the final signing, she located a notary that had clear expertise in mortgage documents come to our home for that last step. We really appreciated this and it was the capstone of a very positive experience. We place a high priority on exceptional customer service and Rachel absolutely delivered!

  I had such a great experience with Rachel and her team. I asked so many questions over out 4.5 month process. She was always so responsive and always made me feel heard. I really do feel like Rachel was personally invested in getting me and my son into this home and went above and beyond.   Rachel has been my go to person since day one when I reached out to.her for help and advice on building my husband and I's credit because I knew that I was tired of renting and ready to buy.
