  Horrible member service. Recently tried to contact WCU about an issue on my account, called in to the published phone number and sat on hold for 15 min. When I was finally assisted, I was greeted by a pleasant lady who told me she was unable to assist me or reference my account and that I would be called the next day instead by an account specialist. When asked if there was someone whom I could talk to today, she referred me to call my local branch. When asked if she could transfer and I was informed that she could not transfer outside of her dept. Upon calling the local branch I was automatically routed back to the call center and put on hold for another 15 min. After being escalated to a supervisor again I was told I couldn't be assisted, nor transferred nor helped in anyway. Again I was referred to talk to the local branch. The whole time I was on the phone I was reminded me of the horrible circular customer service we have come to expect from corporate cable companies. I expected better from my local credit union and will definitely be closing my membership after 5 years as a loyal member.

  I have never received such poor customer service from a bank. I was frauded out of $600 and the company refused to cover The fraudulent charge. To make matters worse they originally gave me the $600 back then months later after my claim went through “Further investigation“ The $600 was removed from my account without notice. I will no longer be looking to get my mortgage through this bank because of their customer service and their lack of backing their customers. I’d be wary using this bank going into the holiday season with all the fraud out there! You will not be covered!

  Terrible website/on-line banking experience; lackluster customer support. I called to report that my auto loan statement incorrectly showed payment due dates 1 month in advance. The customer service rep said, "oh, it's just like that online, but don't worry about it, even though it says: 'amount due 2/1/18, it actually isn't due until 3/1/18'." When I suggested that maybe a tweak should be made so that customers got accurate information, she again notified me that, "that's how it works." I had already panicked and paid the amount it told me was due before realizing it was actually next month's payment. I won't do business with WCU again.

  I came in to the branch for assistance with my account, and the customer service was awesome! Very friendly, professional, and they made everything easy!

  Terrible on hold 15 min each time i call! never get a call back and they do not respect time!
