  Peter has explained the process to me and my husband with the professionalism. I will recommend him to every person I know who is in need of financing. He also helped us with previous loan over the past and we have always been very pleased. He is very responsive and quick to return calls, dependable and reliable. We were most impressed with the turnaround and how quickly the process was completed in the time frame promised. There were absolutely no surprises at settlement.   Peter Oreziak was amazing!! I would highly recommend him to everyone. I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge on the process, and Peter explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable. Peter also has a great YouTube channel with helpful videos. I even had a last minute change that needed to be done due to an issue found during our last walk through and Peter was able to get things updated for us and I was able to close on time!

  Peter was wonderful throughout the entirety of my wife and I’s first home buying experience. We originally contacted him knowing we weren’t going to purchase for a little bit until we finished our wedding but he was more than happy to field any questions and discuss the process with us. As things typically work, the week we got back from our honeymoon, we found a house we loved and had to immediately expedite the process of pre-approval to get to contract. Pro-tip (as Peter will suggest) do the pre-approval process early to get it out of the way so it’s not another hurdle when you find your house. However, even though we were in a time crunch, Peter stayed on top of everything and we ended up getting into contract, much thanks to Peter and team. He also stayed in close contact with our realtor to ensure things would go smoothly. He was always available for questions (which I have a lot of questions by nature but he didn’t mind) and thoroughly walked us through all the documents and made the first time home buying experience feel less daunting. Everything went smooth and I know I can still call him if I have any questions even after we have closed. Would 100% recommend Peter, whether you are a first time homebuyer or experienced. He made the experience smooth and less intimidating. We are now in our new home and couldn’t be happier.
