  I want to thank the staff of this bank for their excellent, caring help they gave after someone stole my identity and drained my entire account. All their advice and assistance resulted in a full return within three days. Wonderful staff and service

  I tried getting my account out of the negotive but since the hours they have are short and out of my time frame all the time, (and the atm only does withdrawls) I had to go to a register. It ended up putting my account in the negative evening more. I stop going to this bank immediately after finally getting it out of negative.

  I just opened a new account and it was easy,timley and fast. I got my card immediately and it will be good tomorrow.

  Literally 17 calls I made to the Kent branch and they will not answer what so ever. If you leave your name and number you will wait days for a response.

  Every time I call nobody answers. I have to call multiple times just to speak to someone because unfortunately I work odd hours and dont have the time to go in, and when I finally do get to talk to someone they have nothing but attitude when speaking to you, I've had the same issue with the attitude problems even when I go in to the branch. Very horrible service
