  This is why I have been a member of 7-17 C/U for 30 plus years: The customer service is great!! I have never left their lobby disappointed and online conceive has saved me lots of time and travel. It’s my go to place for banking

  We have been dealing with 7/17 for over a decade now, as well as our entire family. I truly can not speak highly enough about a bank or it's people that we have gotten to know. I would highly recommend this bank and particularly the Kent Branch.

  I have been trying to pay my car off in full but since they are not open extended hours or on the weekends I have to send by mail which for some reason they have not received both mailing attempts I sent out. I just want to pay my car off and it's such a hassle and waiting game. Now I have to send another check out in the mail that might or might not get lost. There should definitely be an over the phone payment option because this is insane. I don't feel comfortable mailing all the checks out in the mail and I don't feel the need to have to schedule off work just to make your company hours.

  I am surprised at all of the horrible reviews I see here! I opened my account maybe around 2011 when I was a student at Kent State, and I have stayed with them ever since. They are by far the best place to bank with. My interest rate for my car loan is lower than my student loan rate from the government. I get reimbursed ATM fees every month because of the type of account I have, among other benefits. They have always been friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with them. Even when my bank info was stolen and people charged my account, they were able to get the charges reversed for me fairly easily (I had to sign papers and wait a little bit, but it was relatively minor in comparison to what could have happened). Overall, I have ZERO complaints and highly recommend them!
