  Wanted to commend the Witmer team on 'all' of the hard work they do in keeping the tax filing season to a min. process and as stress free as possible for their clients. Roxanne listens to us when we discuss our taxes, she is very diligent. I have recommended people to Witmer and they are also now repeat clients. This firm is AAA+++

  Roxanne does an incredible job with our annual taxes. My husband works from home which complicates our return and every year when we bring in our information she performs some calculations and gives us an estimate of what we will owe or what we will get back...and she is always correct. This makes tax time much less stressful as we have a good idea of what to expect even before we pick up our completed taxes. We are very pleased with Witmer Tax.

  Hello Everyone. Wanted to share my experience with Witmer Tax and Financial. My wife and I have been having our taxes done at Witmer Tax and Financial for years. From scheduling to tax preparation we have always been very happy with the results. My mother has also been having her taxes done at Witmer Tax and Financial for many many years and always has been happy.   Been using Witmer Tax for the past 5 years...it's very simple...I just drop off all my tax information, if she has a question of needs more information I get called and then when it's ready I'm called and come in sign and my taxes are done! Fantastic place would recommend, reasonably priced compared to the rest of the places that do taxes as well.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Filed my taxes last year with them. Stated that I wanted to receive Direct Deposit instead of check. Gave my banking info. Filed the paperwork. Went to pick up taxes two weeks later and ... you guessed it ... its a check. Said they had all my info on file but did not submit it with my taxes. Then why take my info at all?? Then BOOM. Covid-19 hits. Waited weeks for my Stimulus Checks. WEEKS. All bc they didn't hit a button. This is why you don't eat pizza on your lunch break in front of clients. YOU FORGET THINGS. Thanks for the huge inconvenience. Still get mail from them to come back. You can already guess I won't be. Phew, that's all have a blessed day! :)

  DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. My mom had passed away and I had a lot on my plate to deal. I hired this person to take a little off my load and ended up with a nightmare. She did not go over anything with me. Just told me she would call when they were done. I took them home and within seconds saw they were incorrect. She had put one item of income in TWICE. It was time down to the deadline to file so she said just over pay and get a refund. It took almost a full year of dealing with the IRS to get that refund. SHE ADDED A WHOLE YEAR OF GRIEF TO MY LIFE, when I was paying her to lighten the load.
