  Although everyone that I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful, I am a bit frustrated. I still, after 3 failed attempts to change my pin # and trying to get help to reset my account, have not succeeded because I am locked out of my account. The prompt asked for the PRIMARY account holder's ss info and their birthdate, NOT the cardholder. Naturally, I put in my hubby's info as he is the first person listed on our joint account. Because of this, I not only wasted and hour-and-a-half, but cannot use my card this weekend. Not happy...

  I made a payment 7 days ago and the system said it was accepted, so i continued to check my account but no withdrawal, finally I called and they said it was not in the system, this is a good way of screwing up someone's credit score.

  Unfortunately, the continuously long lines and wait times at this bank have made me close my account. Every single time I come here, there is a very long wait. All I want to do is make a deposit, easy right? I tried to go in the lobby and it was locked up, couldn't get in without an appointment. Other bank lobbies are open, why not this one? I had to wait in the drive through for 30 mins! This was the straw that broke the camels back.

  I am so glad I switched from the big name corporate bank starting with a P whom I had been with for years. When I asked big name bank for a loan to consolidate some debt they turned me down so I switched to members first and had only been there a month when I asked them for the same loan. Well I was approved and had the money in my account with in and hour. They truly do put members 1st unlike the corporate banks where your just an account number.

  The Willow Street branch is the best branch I've been to! The tellers are friendly and the managers are great. Highly recommend opening an account with this credit union. They are awesome!

  I really enjoy the friendly staff at this location with regular transactions. However, don’t try to get a loan etc correspondence is horrible.

  Easy to navigate parking lot, noticeable from road, and friendly tellers. Great rates for members too.

  Just terrible I'm sitting out side just waiting for them to open as they just stand there and it's 835 when you open at 830 smh
