  TERRIBLE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE !! I’ve been banking with Belco going on 6 years and they’re just getting worse!! You’ll pay bills and they’ll say they never went thru and never take the money out till late then charge you crazy overdraft fees for their mistakes ! The assistant manager was VERY RUDE

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had banking. It’s impossible to do anything over the phone. Most branches are closed. Having an account issue for over a week. Still no resolution no answers. Awful customer service. The banking app is mediocre at best. Just bank somewhere else people. Save yourself the headache.

  This bank should not be 4.9. People Ben so rude to me sents I Ben going to this bank And they took all my money!! every time I get paid or if try save they just keep taking it out!. If anyone read this please report this there a SCAM in this bank or hacker!!! be careful.

  I had a certified fraud account with the proof that someone took money from my account without my consent and this people told me that all they can do is return the money from 3 months bc is their policy when it was running for up to 6. Make sure to get a bank that really care about you’re money not their absurd policy.

  Poor service.You go to this bank and the tellers are so slow.. Takes forever and if you try the drive-thru is even worse.

  bank keeps talking my money out. I think it's a scam! becareful with this bank too much scam and they say you have to put money on both accounts but there lying about it.

  Very set aside by the ethics of both belco and their attorneys Martson law. Both still trying to capitalize on my misfortune and ongoing cancer treatment. The stress they have caused me and my family seems illegal.
