  I love how helpful the people are at Lanco Federal Credit Union in Willow. They make it easy for me to do my car payment in person. If you do bank with Lanco I suggest you go with Gloria Colon. She makes it easier for you to understand any banking question even in Spanish too! Gloria is super friendly and helpful!

  LANCO Willow Street Branch is by far the most helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable bank I've ever dealt with. I left my bank of 11 years to come here where my fiance banks and I'm so happy I did. Gloria is just one of a kind and makes every experience a smooth and easy transaction.   Opened up an account and banked at the Willow Street location. Everyone was pleasant at this location. Worked with Randy on a few loan request and he did his best and communicated well and very good to work with. I realize there are certain guidelines when it comes to loans here however those guidelines will not benefit everybody so make sure you understand that before applying for credit. It also seems as if the underwriters underestimate values on some secured items.

  We love this branch of LANCO! Sue W. and Gloria C. did a great job with our loan request. Don't even think about online lenders. Go to LANCO FCU first for fast, friendly service, no origination fees, and a low interest rate. Sue W. even solved a payoff problem for us. They do a great job with day-to-day transactions as well. Gloria C. even handled our "banking by mail" request, as old fashioned as that may seem. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

  Most of the time my experience has been amazing with lanco as a company but at this branch my experience with one teller in particular has left me questioning if I want to keep banking with lanco as a company.
