  My experience at Wisconsin Vision was phenomenal. I was hesitant to do to telehealth exam at first since it was so new. All my concerns were eased as the optician (Jasmine) demonstrated impressive knowledge and skill using the precision instruments. Then the Dr. reviewed the results and assured me that there were no new issues. Jasmine was also very patient with me as I tried on many different frames to find the perfect ones. She even looked up and found insurance that I didn't know I had from my new job. What a relief to have sweet new glasses and know my eye heath is good without breaking the bank.

  I went to Wisconsin Vision, Grafton after going elsewhere the last couple of times. Jasmine was very professional and helpful, and assisted me looking for frames which would be suitable for me. Jasmine verified my insurance and went through all the options there were available for means helped to make a decision on my glasses.

  The friendly and knowledgeable service at all points in the process were amazing! From the exam, to selecting glasses to picking them up and getting them fitted. I appreciate the personalized service and options shared. Highly recommend.

  Wisconsin vision was very clean and updated, and had a large selection of frames. Although I didn't need any glasses or contacts, Jasmine helped make a thorough eye exam quick and cordial. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit to Wisconsin Vision

  As I strode into WI Vision like a conquering hero, Cindy immediately greeted me and asked, “Where is that music coming from?” I explained it was my “walkup” or “theme” music that accompanies me everywhere I go. She told me there was no need, since at WI Vision “we treat ALL our customers like rock stars”. Let me tell you, she was right! From the eye exam to the frame selection to the way she ushered the paparazzi away, I felt like royalty! Yet my “special day” was just “business as usual” at WI Vision! When my new glasses were ready, Jasmine was like an angel sent straight from heaven to make sure everything was tip top. And it was! The (imaginary) helium balloons, marching band, and confetti were a very nice touch, adding a fun and celebratory atmosphere to the proceedings. When it’s time to update my prescription, I have just one destination: WI Vision!

  Brandy and the team at the Grafton location were incredibly helpful picking out glasses for me. Brandy also did a fantastic job of explaining the process and costs of the various items. Everyone was so pleasant! Dr Flagel was very friendly and professional

  Jasmine was very helpful and took time to verify my insurance and give me all my options— glasses are quite the investment these days and she was understanding this. I also told her what kind of frames I was looking for and she pulled a bunch for me while in my exam to help save me time!

  Wisconsin Vision did a fantastic job! My eye exam was awesome!! Jasmine checked my eyes and helped me with my glasses. I highly recommend Wisconsin Vision Grafton!!!!!!
