Landmark Credit Union Reviews

Kayla1Go the landmark automated system vs going to this branch. I had fees on my account, so I went to the Grafton location to find out why this had occurred, they said the manager would call me back. The next day I had heard nothing so i stopped by again and they had said 'They are still looking into it'. I then called the Landmark phone number waited 20 minutes and was worth the 20 minutes vs 24hrs, the person helped me out in 5 minutes and Grafton needed more time..... This rally says how slow this branch is...

Christian pressley1This branch used to be amazing. It has turned into complete junk. As a business owner having my funds available that customers pay me is crucial. The policy is that if a single check is over 5k they hold the rest for 5 days. This new crew running grafton holds everything you deposit in one day over 5k regardless how many checks it's from! So I have money they are holding hostage only because it was deposited the same day as another check. There is no logical reason to hold money on an accumulated basis like that. Risk on thier end is from one single check being a large amount. The last crew that moved to mequon was amazing. They knew what they were doing, were super polite, fun to talk to and made logical holds on funds not illogical business impeding ones. I am in the process of moving my 3 accounts to a different establishment. I strongly recommend that if you are a business owner that you don't risk using landmark.

Quinn Galligan5The employee that helped with my bank transaction, Samuel Leedy, was fantastic. He's only a lowly teenager yet he's knowledgeable about his trade. I recommend an immediate pay raise to reward this employee.

Emily Rain “Jika” Scott1Moved to california recently and went in before the move to change my address, was told I needed proof of residence and to call or go online. I asked if I'd need proof over the phone or online and the teller said no and then checked with his supervisor. About 3 minutes later I was told I couldn't change it in branch. I logged into my account online and changed it in 10 seconds. Do not go to this branch.

Samantha Vinkavich1Worst Landmark Credit Union in SE Wisconsin. I love Landmark, I've been a member for years. Every employee at this location is clueless, work very slow, are rude, and the line is always out the door. If the associates can't figure it out and they need a supervisor to answer the question be prepared to wait 2 hours to talk to someone.

Oliver Hunt1Went to Landmark credit union with in hope that working with a local credit union would be a benefit to being a small business owner. They were fully aware of what industry my buisness was in before I opened the account because I informed them that I'm in the restaurant industry. No help what's do ever, also charged me 20 Dollars for closing my account. went to US Bank everything was resolved in a day. A lot less hassle and paperwork.

Carl BW1If I could give this less than one star, I would - this is a big bank disguised as a credit union - total scam - every product they offer is a tool to take money from you to increase their coffers AND their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They will never answer the phone and have the worst internet/app banking imaginable!!!!

J2Banking with this place for over 20 years and never had a problem like I did with this place. Pull into lot watched two ladies walking slowly through lot and when I pulled around to drive trough they happened to walking under canopy like it was raining but not. I waited for them to move out of way and then put my check into thing and sent it. Lady was taking care of someone else at the time so she took my stuff and handed it to one of the other ladies that was walking in lot. Wait 20 minutes for them to send me a piece of paper asking me to sign my name saying policy. Never had to sign my name before cashing a check written out to me from my account. It's already signed two times. So what they did is withdrawal money instead so that way I have to sign. They might ask me my account number and I give it, but that's the one that know how i bank.

John P4I have the high interest checking and have had absolutely zero issues. It’s nice to earn interest just on my day to day banking. Every time I go into the Grafton branch they are friendly. As long as I have access to my funds and get good interest rates I am a happy camper. I don’t really need someone to treat me like I’m the most important person in the room when I walk in the door so I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here... The only inconvenience I can think of is not being able to call a branch directly. Overall I am very pleased with my banking experience and am getting exactly what I need from them.

Ashleigh W.1It is incredible frustrating working with this company as they do not have phone numbers for each branch. If you want to call the branch you are working with or a person you are working with you get stuck with calling Landmark Credit Unions call center. Yesterday I called, trying to get in touch with the Grafton branch. I was informed of how there is no direct line to that location, and surprise the call center could not answer my questions, only who I was working with and the branch that I was working with could. So the call center tried to transfer my call to the Grafton branch where no one answered. The lady over the phone at the call center was very nice, but was not able to help me (As a customer of your company, you have now wasted my time and efforts, leaving me not happy) This morning I tried to call again, and asked the lady over the phone at the call center, why is this how it is with Landmark, that they do not have direct phone numbers for each of their branches? I received a general response that did not answer my question, and when I said that doesn’t answer my question, I got a very sassy and rude response from the call center lady. She had an attitude for duration of our phone call. (Again, not happy as a member!) This call center worker was able to track down who I was looking for at the Grafton branch and tried to transfer me,.. but of course they are not in until later today. So I wait,. What should be a quick, I’ll give the bank a call,.. has turned into a few days of calling all around and waiting. Not good customer service. As a member, I would love to have a phone number for each branch.
