  We have closed on two homes with Jeff and his wife, and we cannot recommend them enough. They can do things no other lender can do, Jeff has a direct point of contact at the highest level with all of the lenders he works with, and nobody will work harder for you and your family than Jeff Schoen at Patriot Mortgage. After the buyer of a home we were selling encountered issues with one of the larger lenders, it became very evident that working with anyone else would be an unnecessary risk and we will never use another mortgage broker.

  Jeff and his wife were excellent.They got us into our house with no hassles.   Lord, behold me with thy blessing, and Shield me with guardian care! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Is how I would describe Jeff Schoen, and Tammy with PATRIOT MORTGAGE. The circumstances behind my new home search is a story to tell, and many may not believe. I found a home that was in the process of being newly constructed, and of course I kept an eye on it so to say. Finally, I gathered the courage to inquire on the price, and if my credit would allow me to purchase. Once it was complete I visited the site, and decided that moment this is my home. That was in 2013. I meet with Tom who was representing Miracle Home builders to discuss the details of the home, at that time he informed me of three possible mortgage lending companies. However, only one of the three would call and was actually willing to work with me. I informed Jeff Schoen, president of Patriot Mortgage of a few things, and he told me exactly what I should do to prepare for purchasing a home as such. Although, it saddened me to find out there were a couple situations that required my attention I followed Jeff’s direction to the letter. One year later, November 2014, I felt I was ready and began searching for a home on the internet. Wow! There's my home, two previous offers placed on it over the year, but both fell through. WHY? because God said “That house belongs to LaWanda" Lord, behold me with thy blessing I thought, and shield me with guardian care. I called Tom immediately to place an offer to purchase in November. Although, it required me to pay a hefty ernest fee, I was willing just to secure the home. I didn’t have worry, I have God, plus PATRIOT MORTGAGE on my team. My 2014 taxes were filed March 21st, and paid March 25th. There was a closing date of April 28th per the offer to purchase. Now more than ever I’ve put all FAITH to the highest power in God, and some to the IRS. Waiting patiently is what I did, and finally on April 15 ,2015 the 2014 tax returns were processed, and proof could be provided to the underwriters. Now we had exactly 13 days from the file, paid, and processed date to respond to any questions and execute a closing on schedule. Did it happen YES IT DID! I like to say Thank You to Jeff Schoen and Tammy. They were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and wonderful people to have on my team during this process. I would highly recommend PATRIOT MORTGAGE LENDING to any and everyone for their first time home buying experience. They had my best interest at heart at all times, and to me that’s what really mattered. #my team is better than yours!! LaWanda
