  Derrick and his team have been handling my taxes and business documents for over 20 years. The level of service, the attention to detail and vigilance regarding tax decisions have been key to my company's success. I look forward to having to many more years to come with Wink at my side especially during these days where tax law is changing constantly.

  He just made us lose 4K because of his lack of care in our taxes. Mr Winke is not a nice person and you always feel like he’s actually doing you a favor by filling out your taxes. I was courteous every single time I went do my taxes with him and he was actually annoyed I asked for my taxes being sent. I found out later that he never did and I lost the window time to fill them out again. This is very sensitive as these are legal documents. It is very sad that he could care less about his customers, I even recommended him to some other friends and had to tell them to not come back to him again.

  Back in March of this year I reached out to Winke and spoke with Derrick regarding him becoming my accountant for my small business. I agreed to move forward with using him for bookkeeping, taxes, and converting to an S-Corp. He immediately helped me transfer to an S-Corp, and was responsive to my questions. Over the summer, I emailed him several times for updates on my bookkeeping and I never heard anything. It's now September, and I have called his office and left a message and he never has called me back. I'm really disappointed in the lack of response because I've assumed for the past half year that I had someone who was doing my bookkeeping and taxes (who isn't apparently). If they were no longer able to help me, I would have preferred a letter, email, or some sort of communication saying they could not help me as a client instead of not responding at all to me.

  We've been using Wink tax services for 8 years and are very happy with their service. Very personal service. We get birthday cards every year and tax tips throughout the year along with free periodic meetings to make sure everything is "on track". Wish we knew more people looking for excellent tax and financial services, because we would absolutely send them to Wink Tax Services.
