  This company is legit. I refinanced with them through Costco on their website. They were one of the top options. I am very happy with how fast and smooth the process to refinance went. Stacy Valentino was my loan officer and did an incredible job. Just be patient, and be prepared to give them a lot of info, sign a lot of electronic documents, and more. That's just the process of refinancing a mortgage though.

  InterContinental Capital Group and Tyler Bowman was a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning they worked to give me the best rate possible for my refinance of my home mortgage. They allowed me to lock in the rate and even extended the rate after an unexpected delay. I felt they were working with me to get the lone closed through out the entire process. I will refer them to my friends and family.

  Refinancing our home with Intercontinental Capital Group was pleasant. Everything was laid out nicely and contact with everyone within the process was quick and very friendly. We would recommend them and Laura to anyone looking to refinance or buy a home.

  The process was longer than when doing an initial mortgage loan, but I do understand that there were things that slowed the process down like “snowgeddon” and the pandemic. I would improve the communication because there were times that I knew nothing about the process for over almost two weeks. Give your customer a status email at least every 4-5 days. Also, there closing was rushed and we had to change all of our plans to accommodate the sudden closing with our family visiting from out of the country. The email said the closing would take anywhere from 30-40 minutes and it ended up taking 2.5 hours because the notary seem to have very little experience. Due to the notary not being familiar with the documents, she made us sign on the wrong spot in a document which purpose is to -cancel the loan- and we had to redo the document a few days later. As of right now, I have no idea where to make my monthly payments (I closed on the 26 and today is April the 3rd.) I also don’t know if they will handle everything with my previous lender or if I have to do any calls. I know these are questions I could easily ask, but I should not have these questions at this point, after closing. They need to improve their communication and should guide their customers better.

  InterContinental Capital Group is my lending institution of choice. I have done two refinancing with them and both had been handled professionally by our very pleasant and hardworking Mortgage Loan Officer Hunter S. I will not refinance or get financing on a new purchase anywere else.

  This company typically has competitive rates for home purchases or refinances. However, their process is lengthy, filled with deceptions and inefficiencies, highlighting their lack of experience in this business. Of note, I am nearing 4 months into a refinancing process, with no end in sight. While I have maintained my promise to provide every document requested within 24 hours, they fail to meet deadlines and are unwilling to set tentative closing dates. Their customer service needs tremendous improvement, and their customer-facing entities could benefit from extensive training to better understand the competitive and intricate nature of this business.

  If there was a listing lower than 1 star we would be using it. The most unorganized, lack of communication, inadequate company in the world. Having nearly 60 years of real estate experience within our buyers group, we've NEVER seen a loan so mismanaged over tens of thousands of deals. STEER VERY CLEAR. Worked 2 files with them simultaneously and both closed weeks late due to ICG, both nearly cost us the contracts and ended up leaving 5 families stranded, homeless and in dire straights due to their lack of ability to communicate and put together the simplest of loans. I can't express enough how awful these transactions were.

  Total waste of TIME Refinance Start 4-9-2021 Submitted requested information Approval 5-10-2021 ended 6-18-2021 If you wish to waste your time on a refinance this is the company to call. Delay, Delay and more delays. Told that Government Rules and the Virus was the reason. Turned down other offers because we were approved L.O.L. Then Missing info, Wrong Info, Updated Info is needed because of the Delays. They do have the ability to tell the client what is needed to keep them on the HOOK ! Great Rates mean nothing if the company has no intentions of providing the SERVICE.

  Jennifer Cebalos is a simple great loan office. Unlike any other . She fives 100% . Would throughly recommend her.. ICG though sucks. Stay away from this company .

  This man was great at helping us along during this process of refinancing. I will definitely contact him again in the future, if you should go to a different company I have your cell phone. Anybody that would like to use him I would say go for it cuz he was wonderful
