  Don't get a retail loan, go to Joey at Imperium Lending! As a broker Joey and Imperium lending will get you a wholesale loan with a fraction of the cost of closing fees of heading to Quicken or Cross Country on your own accord. On top of that Joey G took the time to take into consideration all of my needs and found loan terms that fit my unique situation. The whole process was effortless and the only in person papers I signed were at closing, everything else was through docu-sign which made the whole process a breeze. He is a pro at what he does and I highly recommend choosing Imperium

  They approved me with in less then 2 week. At the last minute I changed my mind because I was just insecure about leaving the bank that I was used with for many years. They acted very professional and did not get mad at mi at all. I went back with my old company. They were working on my loan over a month with no predictions of when it would be ready for the closing. I got tired of it, so, I called humbly the loan officer that helped me prior ( Andrew Beitel) again, he was very professional and took care of me with not judgement of my prior actions. And helped and less then one week the loan was ready for closing. For sure I will go back to them for my mortgage needs. And I would recommend them to any body that needs it. Very efficient people!!!
