  I worked with Jordan Cash and couldn't be more pleased. He felt like an old friend and guided me through the loan process, explaining all the ins and outs along the way. I had a few questions during the application and Jordan treated me like family. I would recommend Jordan to any family and friends who are looking to purchase a home or refi an existing one. He is knowledgeable, polite and gets the job done. If I ever need a loan again, I would Mr. Cash first. You have an employee in Mr. Cash that should be valued.

  I worked with Aaron Hakola last month to refinance my mortgage. We had been at 5% interest for the longest time, and Aaron got us a way lower interest rate. He was extremely knowledgable and informative, without trying to sell me on anything. He gave us plenty of different options that worked with our budget and was very communicative throughout the entire process- which took way less time than I thought it would. We closed within a few weeks, and everything went smoothly, every step of the way! Highly recommend Perry Johnson Mortgage!

  Alex Mital was my Loan Officer, he was very helpful and friendly. He kept up a good line of communication, was understanding when I hit a couple of roadblocks and had to change the terms I was applying for, and took the time to go over options with me. My loan processors were prompt, helpful, polite and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and if I refinance, I will definitely use them again.

  My lender Marcel was great until it was time to go to the table, I felt like I was getting the run around and being strung along. I thought we had found the perfect house until my loan went to underwriting. It was so many things that Marcel as my lender should have told me as a first time homebuyer. My debt to ratio was off, income was off and he had me looking for 180,000 dollar home when I was truthfully approved for much less with a trusted lender. This was all a hurtful but learning experience. Stay away from online lending companies. Marcel and this company has definitely made this home buying process scary and sad for me and my family.

  Dan Corrigan, " my man " !!!!!! This was the easiest refinance I have experienced. And this was my 3rd and last refinance. When Dane "cold" called me on 01/25/22, I am thinking " oh brother another mortgage broker of many to have called". But his opening comments tempted me to listen for more information. I had never heard of Perry Johnson. He said we would close within 45 days or rates could increase, especially with the Fed Reserve signally a rate increase due to the increasing rate of inflation. We communicated mostly via text. I texted him a question at 11pm CST, expecting an answer in the morning. He texted back a response within the hour. What broker does that!!! And Jodi Mcpherson handling the back end documents was wonderful and responsive. I closed on a 15yr conventional loan at 2.625%/2pts from a 30yr 5.25% loan on 03/7/22 when the notary republic visited my house for the avalanche of documents to sign, again. We are extremely satisfied. Wow!!!! Look at the mortgage rates now. This was all processed digitally. Thank you, Dan, and Jodi!!!!!! GOD Bless!!!
