  Fix your ATM for God's sake. You've gone a month without having a drive up ATM and now your brand new one is out of service? And the other one is behind a locked door. How hard is it to have a working ATM? Otherwise great service.

  I have been in there twice now trying to open an account for an estate. I have not been treated very well and the only reason I am opening the account up at Wings is because the person who passed had her accounts there. They actually said we needed to open a savings account first - why would they require that on an estate? We are not in this long term. So far, not impressed. ***Update - spoke to Chris at Wings and he addressed my issues. Part of it was my not understanding the requirements of a savings account because of the credit union setup. He listened to my concerns and the final steps to setting up the estate account went very smoothly.

  This branch has the slowest drive through in town. I don't use it unless I absolutely have to. I watch the tellers ignore the drive through customers whenever I go into the credit union. The tellers always ask me how I want my cash back inside but they don't at the drive through. Why, they are the same tellers? Good luck now that the drive through is the only way to access the credit union.

  I had a payment that was not credited to my account. I called and spoke with Tara in customer service! She was wonderful. She made sure the mistake was fixed and even called to let me know and to follow up with me! Great customer service!!

  The asian lady who helped us was very rude & unhelpful. The banker was talking to us like we were wasting her time. I’ve never been to a bank who talks down to customers like this. If you don’t like your job, get a different job! I don’t recommend.

  This branch of wings was the worst, all others branches have been great. I been with them since they changed to Wings, but Edina's staff were rude. I went in today to obtain a cashier's check and was rudely told to go through the drive thru and filled out a deposit/withdrawal sheet. I was then told to go in and figured it was a great switch until the guy at the front desk rudely took my money and handed me my check as if I had the plague. I know COVID-19 is a life changer, but assuming everyone is sick and acting rude won't enhance your customer service skills.

As you noted, COVID-19 was a big factor in June as branches were beginning to open, but that doesn't make your experience OK.   It's an alright location when you're going inside for a transaction. But the hours of the branch and the drive-up experience are a bit of a joke. Why would you close up every day at 5pm when most people work until then? You don't open early enough to go before work either. At least be open late one day a week. Or at least make the drive-up experience better. Online it says your drive-up is open until 6pm. But whenever I go to the drive-up after work, it says the aisle for the window is closed. Only the ATM and the tube aisles are open. All I need are some quarters and this experience makes me unable to get any. I hate to say this, but I miss banking at Wells Fargo.

  I love Wings Financial! Although I could be bias, because I have another Bank that I was severely unhappy with... I've only been a wings member for a few years now, but they have been very good to me. The receptionist is friendly, the tellers are pleasant and the bankers are very helpful.

  We had an appointment set up to talk about a home loan. When we arrived the person we specifically needed to speak to was out, and it was the only time slot my husband and I could actually meet for quite a while. Would have understood if someone called us in advance and told us the person we needed to speak to was out, but instead we had our time wasted with someone who doesn’t know anything about the topic at hand. Very disappointed as I personally have been with wings for years, and when we got married my husband switched to wings as well. Will probably look for a home loan elsewhere.
