Jessica Kasper5Im not going to lie the drive thru is extremely slow so i only use it if i see 2 cars or less. Otherwise i just drive around and park and walk in to get served faster. If youre running late, why on earth would you go to a bank? Plan smarter. Rating 5 stars because ive never had an issue with their customer service.

Anwar Hamoude1I asked if my funds would be available immediately. The teller assured me these fund would be available immediately because the check was written from another US Bank customer. Apparently US Bank doesn't understand what lying is. I was lied to. The bank manager put seven day hold on my ($30,000) deposit the day after I deposited the check. Not having this money cost me thousands of dollars and they mocked me with their smart mouths and stupid little word games.

Alyson Armstrong1Very disappointed! I pulled up to this branch at 5:55 after struggling with traffic. The drive thru lines were already closed. I saw a woman coming out of the bank so mentioned that the drive thru was closed early. Her response? "Well my clock says 6:00..." 1. It wasn't 6:00 yet. 2. Even if it was, way to jump the clock and have your coat on, purse in hand, and out the door directly at closing time. GRRR

Grant R.1No one to answer the phones, called to get a new card that was never sent, they said they will put an order in to send me a new card and still haven’t received it, it’s been 3 weeks now.
