  I am the type of customer that could wear anyone out, but Nick never made me feel like I over burdened him. He is very knowledgeable, and incredibly good at making such an intimidating process a little easier. We had a difficult situation with an old student loan that appeared during the underwriting process, but Nick kept fighting for us.
