  Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone even when you’re directed to call them. I have waited 20 to 30 minutes only to be disconnected or to receive a recording that you’re too busy to take my call. I have tried for weeks. Now the line is just consistently busy. Why don’t they just discontinue phone service all together it would be more honest and direct and those of us that do not live close to a wings bank will take our business elsewhere

  Timothy, sorry to hear that you've had this experience. We are working on ways to improve how members can get in touch with our call center, and wait times are improving. We also rolled out a virtual assistant that can escalate issues to a live representative. It's in CU Online now, and will be coming to the mobile app. That said, it's very understandable that this is frustrating and we hope that you were able to get your issue resolved.   I’ve been on the phone 25 minutes. Waiting ,waiting for someone to answer the phone so my account can get unlocked. I typed in the wrong password. This is way to long. Hire someone to answer your phones. You all used to be top rate. What’s happened.

  I really like this bank. Minimum account balances are either non-existent or very reasonable. Loan rates are very competitive, cash back on debit card purchases, intuitive online and mobile apps, great customer service, and free debit card transactions at 7-11 locations. Customer for life.

  I went in this morning to open a new account and Adriana helped me open an account and answered all my questions she was great and professional!!! I definitely would recommend if you decided to go ask for Adriana she was amazing thank you once again!!!

  Wings financial issued a cashiers check, I deposited it in my personal account at my bank....Wings rejected it saying the signature on the front was fake, my bank pulled the money out of my account. Calling Wings they claim its a good check and they don't know why they rejected it...meanwhile it left me broke during the holiday season, resulted in all kinds of late fees from bills I couldn't pay and decimated my credit.
