  Addition is my bank. We've been there for ever. Most of the time, I got VIP treatment and I feel special. The employees are good to me specifically Ms Connie at the south branch is wonderful. Thank you Connie for all you do. God bless you all.

  Addition financial in Edgewood is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. Todd is so helpful and kind. Every time I visit Addition Financial all of the tellers and bankers are so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I would recommend Addition Financial 1000x over again.   I want to thank Ellen so much !!! I’ve been dealing with the same issue on my account for about 2 months now and she actually took the time to find out what happened instead of telling me to call customer service (even though I called them numerous times!) I appreciate her taking the time to fix all the issues I had. The least I could do is write a review for her she deserves so much more than that! Thank you Ellen!

  Wasted my whole lunch break standing in line while 3 tellers weren't helping customers only for them to refuse to make change because I don't have an account. Kinda glad I don't.

  My father has been a member of this bank since he was 15, and myself for my whole life! I moved away for college and had to get a different bank while away, was an awful bank compared to Addition Financial! The people are also always friendly and Micki Ruiz has been exceptional helping us every time!

  Nancy Flint was so beyond helpful, relatable and encouraging. She was and is very knowledgeable as well as very educated with and about the business and of banks generally. She will know what benefits you more than others and why it is you make the investments you make and those you should probably stay awaybfrom until your life or situations better suit you rather than your predicaments.   Fraud activity brought me in to get a new debit card. Nancy Flint was very friendly and helpful offering me to help on refinancing a current auto loan and prequalifying for new home buying loan. I will be going back to do more business with Nancy at the Edgewood branch location.
