  It's funny that when I was using Maps to search for a pawn shop, I found many that were closer but with bad reviews. I saw this shop had many four or five star reviews and decided to come here. Upon entering the building, I was greeted immediately. They had no problem giving me the amount I needed for my iPod touch. Definitely come here!

  Godfather Pawn on Orange Blossom Trail is the greatest place to vist! I was in need of a loan to pay my rent at an extended suite hotel after my banking account was compromised. The hotel would not help but, thank god for Godfather pawn. I have had really bad expeirences in the past with pawn shops... NOT here. I was greeted with a smile and told that they would be right with me. Considering they were busy I did not wait long. I do know that at times we do not always get what we feel our items are worth or get what we expect for a loan. I went in not sure if I would get what I needed. I asked for an amout for 2 items and the girl that waited on me asked a manager for assistance. I assured him that my intentions were honest and I WOULD be back I just needed help for a couple of days till I sorted out my account. I did not want my son and myself to be homeless. He must of saw the dispare in my face and said without hesitation... sure I will do that. I do realize that they are trying to make money like the rest of us but, I felt like I really mattered there; not just a number or a dollar sign but, a person. I have been back and bought items from there and WILL return again! I will recommend this pawn shop to all I run across. I am truly sorry I forgot the peoples names that waited on me; you know who you are so I say this to you, Me as a customer appreciate everything you do for us even though you may not get the reconignition from your superiors, keep up the great work and thank you. Customer for life!

  I went in to find my husband a gift for his birthday but didn't know exactly what i wanted to get him Willie assisted me and helped me find the perfect watch. Thank you willie and staff for being so attentive . He loves it

  I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Everyone was polite n very nice. The owner was kind n even gave us a great deal. If u need anything, go by n visit them, they are here for us.

  Outstanding service...These folks have stood by their word and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. If everyone else would handle business like them....the world would just simply be better. I'll definitely do business with them again.

  Came to godfather pawn in desperate need to buy a phone. Zed helped me get a phone, for my company and get my on my way. I was in a rush and he was able to keep up with me. Definitely recommend everyone to check this pawn shop out!

  Owner sucks!! Jennifer was nice enough to say she would hold a new chainsaw for me since I told her I was on my way and told her where I was coming from. Owner told her she couldn't hold it and sold it 2 minutes before we walked in door. Wasted trip driving across town for nothing!!! We have some large oak trees on top of our house & car from Hurricane Irma and can't find large chainsaws any where. So much for customer service!!!

  We posted this online and had several customers call us about this chainsaw We just had Irma come and people are fighting to buy chainsaws I'm sorry someone came in before you, but we told several customers we could not hold it because they usually do not show up... We have 15 more chainsaws on the shelf. If you want i can give you a deal on another one, no need to bash the shop we are here to help .
