  In Covid 19 We got a Lower and super great rate. This is my 2nd loan with 1st Florida lending It's TRUE when bank and others say no, 1st Florida always says yes. They have and incredible team work and communicate with us even weekends, they always have a time from customers. We are super happy and the service were more than 5stars.

  I want to thank and recommend Carlos and his team at 1st Florida Lending for help my client to get a loan. After my client has a loan officer worked for her for over a month, she left her hanging. Carlos and his team help us to get the loan and we able to closed the loan on time.

  For 12 years I have been renting, thanks to 1floridalending I now have a home. They have good rates, good programs and great customer service. My realtor told me she uses them all the time because they deliver. I was hesitant first, so I went to my bank and they denied me because my credit score. Even though I have had an account with them for years. When I talked to Carlos he helped us. We now are homeowners!!!

  My experience with Florida's Direct Lender company has been remarkable. As you may know, the "buying a home" process itself can be very challenging. When I started the process of purchasing my first house, I had chosen a Realtor and Broker that gave me a really hard time to be able to achieve this "so important" goal of life. Already frustrated and demotivated of continuing this process, I was refered to Florida's Direct Lender company through a friend that had purchased a house several years ago and described her experience as being amazing and flawless. Since the first moment I contacted the company, the service has been beyond what I expected. Carlos Matos has been amazing, he has taken the time to not only explain but also make sure I understand every step of this significant journey. My realtor, Sylvia Marchese, has been wonderful, dedicated to fully understand my needs and work around the best options to better suit them.   I want to thank Carlos and Sonia for the long and hard fight to get me and my daughter a loan. I closed on my house on March 4th of this year. With money in hand , I thought getting a new mortgage was going to be a breeze. When Covid19 reared it’s ugly head, I was visiting Miami to look around. Unfortunately the Quarantine happened and I got stuck in a studio apartment with 2 adult daughters. All my documents were in storage in Martin County. We applied for a loan on a house with another company, but got a denial.Getting all the documents long distance during Covid19 was a nightmare.. but Carlos and Sonia worked hard. They treated us like family. It was very difficult and I wanted to give up. They made sure to keep us focused no matter what. We closed this morning and we can’t wait to get out of this small space.   I contacted 1st Florida Lending after another bank provided an invalid pre-approval. Right from the beginning Mark and Carlos provided reassurance they could help me. They later brought in Jose and Dee. Needless to say I ended up having a difficult closing but the team never walked away or let me down. They went the extra mile to help my family secure a new home all while still owning our other home. Thanks to them my relocation is now complete.

  I am a first time home buyer and with the ideal of getting land; even though everyone told me how hard is will be 1st Florida Lending made it happen. We had to go through a lot of barriers including hurricane Irma but days after here i am with my new property. This is a great team who work really hard.
