  We have used Winged Foot Title multiple times & have been so impressed with their team’s proactive approach, professionalism, & level of organization that we’d never use anyone else. Communication was clear, timely, & kept everyone on the same page despite some complicating factors, using a non-traditional mortgage, with estate owners in 3 other states. Valerie kept everyone apprised & on top of things, proactively addressing any issues that could cause delay. They made the entire process so easy! Highly recommend the Winged Foot Title team.

  Winged Foot Title were consummate professionals during our home purchase. We did not have a traditional purchase and they handled all of the special issues quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The entire team were engaged and friendly. They handled things so well that we used them when we converted our seller financing to a conventional mortgage as well!

  We had the best experience closing on our house with Winged Foot! They went the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of for a smooth and simple closing. The sellers on our new house used a different title company based in Cape Coral and the experience was night and day difference. Would highly recommend Winged Foot to everyone looking for a personal experience with experienced people.

  This company is preying on people looking for jobs by sending fake checks out, under the guise of being payment for a position that does not exist.

  Hi LM. The check that you received is likely fraudulent if you don’t have a real estate transaction with us. It was not sent from our company. We have received 3 calls today and 1 email from folks across the US who received checks with our logo and address - we confirmed they were fake checks - not printed or signed by our company. Our bank was notified and we are placing a police report. Unfortunately, this scam seems to target job-seekers with Indeed accounts. We encourage you to notify indeed and your local police! We hope that you will take down the negative rating on our business as we too are having to deal with this scam despite having nothing to do with it.   It is extremely refreshing and pleasant, when you have no idea what's the process of a purchase, to have an absolute gem answer all your questions and then some. Forget the fact that when calling the place, it didnt even ring and Ms. Kirsten cheerfully answered and made my day. After patiently answering every question I had she explained to me in detail all other things that I should be aware of. This company, if Ms. Kirstenis any indicator, is full of very knowledgeable and professional individuals and I must recommend them 5 out of 5 and then some.

  We used Winged Foot to handle the closing on the sale of our home. Not only was the closing efficient, but they kept us informed during their process, without disrupting our lives as we were very busy dealing with the rest of our moving schedule.

  If I could give a 0 star I would... STAY AWAY from this company. We were in the process of purchasing a home. The contract fell through. Both our agent and selling agent sent contract to Winged Foot the same day we signed. We called and called.. and called. Every time we were told.. we haven't received an email yet. Every time we were promised a return phone call. No form of communication what's so ever. There were literally 6 people on the email chain to this company. NOT 1 PERSON showed priority in getting us our money back. After calling today, Valerie, who should not be answering the phones, told me she, all of the sudden, found the email... go figure. It took over 3 weeks for them to let us know.. hey we got the info we needed, we can now process a refund check.
