  This is one of the most organized pawn shops I have ever been to. The staff and owner helped me picked out exactly what I needed. My wife even noted how great the service was. I highly recommend this facility to anyone especially those looking for firearms and firearm accessories.

  I asked many questions and they were answered with a 'rushing quick answer'. I felt as if I was trying to buy a car in the car salesman we're just telling me anything. I was asked to do a review and I would get a percentage off which was not true. I went back to pick up my lay away, and I did not get a discount. Oh my how he quickly changed from a Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde mode. Got mad cuz I changed my mind on necklace and just picked up the pendant. no thank you Midtown pawn and jewelry 😨 will not be back!!

  What a complete liar. No one ever asked you to do a review and then you would get a discount. You are the type of customer that wants to create a scene to get a discount, a total scam artist. Also, I have no Tina Lopez in my records, you were never even in the shop.

  Midtown Pawn and Jewelry is the best Pawn Shop in Fort Myers.. The owner and staff there are true professionals and their knowledge of antiques and Jewelry are hands down like no other in the area. I learned a lot from them. I was in a financially stressful position and with their loan program they got me through some hard times. I could of not gotten through without their help and generosity. They put me at ease and made the best out of uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for me. I went to a few others shops to compare prices the first time I went there. I couldn’t believe the difference in service , how much the difference in the loan amount was and they would loan on Items that the other shops would not. The store has an amazing selection of unique jewelry and so many other items you are sure not going to find anywhere else. If you need any services of a Pawn and Jewelry shop Midtown is the place to go!

  Love this place!! Honestly the nicest people working there! They treat everyone so good! And gave me the highest price for my gold! I checked everywhere before. Customers there said they go nowhere else. Lots of cool stuff in this store! Very clean store. Impressed!

  Tim & Mike could not have been more friendly, kind & compassionate. They gave me, by far, the best price for the gold I needed to sell. Do not go anywhere else - Gold & Pawn will give you the best price & will treat you with the respect that you deserve. I will NEVER go any where else for my needs & suggest you don't either. Outstanding!!!

  If I could give them less than 1 Star, I would. My Dad pawned 4 guns with these conmen before suffering another heart attack that put him in the hospital for 91 days. They sell one gun before my dad can talk to us about guns being pawned, not a problem. They still claimed to be working with us. We get two more of the lesser value guns back, no problem. Then all of a sudden, on the brand new gun, THERE'S A PROBLEM! I don't know if it was the money, the gun, or the power that they wanted. But even AFTER the Lee County Sheriff's Pawn Shop Detective called the pawn shop to tell them it was legal to either send it to a gun shop up here in Anchorage, Alaska, or to have my Uncle bring in a power of attorney for just this one instance to pick up my dads gun since my dad could not. BUT THE OWNER ROBERT drug it on, and on, WHILE WE PAID INTEREST, until it was due day. My Uncle goes in, with money and notarized letter in hand, and the owner wouldn't take it. The next day all the detective could tell me was "if you had only called a week earlier" and "now that it defaulted it's legally his gun"! Well, WE DIDN'T DEFAULT! We did everything this conman owner asked, even proved to him it was legal for my dad to get his gun back in two different ways, and he STILL would not help my DISABLED DAD, who almost died three times while in the hospital, to get his gun back. My dad almost died, came out of the hospital, got KICKED OUT OF HIS skilled nursing facility by his HMO insurance, had to move to Alaska during a pandemic, and this conman steels this gun out from under him. DON'T do business with these guys, Robert, Israel, or anyone. All deceptive, and didn't even have the balls to call my dad back. Shame on you!

  I’m sorry you feel that way about your dads affairs, but frankly it’s none of your business. You’re just a greedy daughter trying to get his guns and taking advantage of him while he’s on his death bed so you can inherit them. You tried getting them by forging his signature, but what you didn’t realize was I had his signature on file 3 times, and it wasn’t even close to the one you sent me. You’re lucky I didn’t turn you into the police, but I did notify ATF of your intentions.

  My name is Robert B. Up until visiting midtown I had never been in a pawn shop before. As circumstances would have it I had a bunch of unused brand new gift cards and I'd stopped at a couple different shops in the fort Myers area I was told that they would purchase the gift cards but when I ended up at the store they said that they wouldn't which is bit disheartening because I traveled to get there so I called midtown midtown very professional very kind on the phone took the cards in there got a fair price on them outstanding professional the other places I stopped were terrible condescending people suspicious looking just an overall bad experience everywhere else but midtown hit it out of the park five stars for sure

  THE MOST AMAZING PLACE I’VE EVER WALKED INTO ,WAS GREETED BY EMPLOYEES AS SOON AS I WALKED IN.PLACE SMELLED AMAZING AND VERY CLEAN I WENT IN TO GET A LOAN ON MY IPHONE WAS EXPECTING TO GET 100 BECAUSE ANOTHER PLACE OFFERED ME THAT AMOUNT AND THE EMPLOYEES HERE OFFERED ME TOP DOLLAR AS A LOAN /TWICE WHAT ANOTHER SHOP OFFERED PLUS I GOT TO WALK ON THE RED CARPET AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING PRICES ON ALL THERE ITEMS AND MOST BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY PIECES IVE EVER SEEN WILL SURELY RETURN TO MIDTOWN THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR KIND HOUSEPETALITY

  They told us one price for the item then when we got there they cheated us . we had a gift card we couldn't use for $500. They said they would buy it for 200. Which most would have done 250. So i thought that was sketchy. Then we get there they want to buy it for 150. Scammers. Do not go there...

  Hello Melissa - sorry for the misunderstanding, but you did not give us all the information about the type of gift card it was when you called, when you came into the store we in fact did not offer anything for it since we do not take all gift cards. We did not cheat you since you did not sell it to us.
