  Our experience with Liberty Mortgage was outstanding. We have bought many homes over the years and dealt with many mortgage companies.   The liberty mortgage team not only was extremely successful and helpful in helping me get my place they went above and beyond and really care about their customers.   Debby and Laura were terrific to work with and they actually answer all of their calls and return calls. I was denied for a mortgage loan just before them but thought I would take another shot because they were referred as the preferred mortgage broker by a realtor friend of mine. The home loan got approved and they began working on it immediately. It was not an easy loan, but it got closed without a hitch. I recommend anyone and everyone that has been turned down not to take no for an answer until you go to them.

  Debby is my mortgage broker Guru !! She never gave up and fought any and every obstacle that got in her way with my first time mortgage. I have been to many other mortgage brokers within a year before I met Debby and once they see you credit is not where it belongs they just open the door and tell you come back when your score goes up. When I went to Debby she didn’t do that at all, Instead she had help get the credit score where it needed to be and very fast. After she raised the credit score then Covid-19 hit hard, Stocks were so down, mortgage companies were so quick to give out loans especially with someone who didn’t have such great credit, After that there was a mishap on the appraisal companies side, So much was going on and she fought every battle that was thrown her way, even me with my high anxiety (Sorry lol). Next battle was the sellers agent wanted the house closed within 3 days or the house would be put back on the market, Debby stayed worked on this day and night she would tell me she could get it done, while others said it was impossible. End result Debby got the job done and had our closing done by the 2nd which was a Monday the busiest day of the week. Debby did it and I was told by many that it would be impossible, I’m not saying everything was peaches and cream but one thing is never quit on me even when we bumped heads because my anxiety is really bad and I was a mess, going through a really bad time and was being a real pain in the butt. I’m sure she I glad to get rid of me, (but not going to happen lol) I saw the other side of Debby when I thought this was going nowhere and I was crying, and she called me on her own time a Saturday to give me comfort and that meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for everything Debby, You are an amazing hard and amazing hard working profession, with a big heart and that I won’t forget. Renée. F
