  Stacy was amazing she took the time and helped us find houses we liked. She asked the right questions when we were doing the walk through and helped us find an amazing home for a great price. She also helped us with the move and had amazing connections to help make the move easy and quick I would recommend her to anyone.

  The rep didn't even called to find out if daughter had gotten the locksmith to open her apartment door.

  I’m sorry your daughter was locked out of her house but as I told you on the phone we do not handle lock outs. We are not in an apartment community within a short distance to the homes we manage to handle something like that. And since you’re not a tenant of ours and the tenant did not call us personally we are unable to give you details or call you about your daughter. We can only speak to the tenant directly.

  We have been using Uptown for several years now and are pleased with the quick turn around time in getting our places rented. Uptown has a wide array of there own contractors that are timely and efficient in handling any type of repairs from a total make ready to simple tenant needs.

  Ashley Simonelli at Uptown Property has been our property manager for roughly 3 years. During that time, she did a great job handling everything with the tenants so we never had to think about it, while also keeping us informed. That’s exactly what you want in a property manager. Ashley also just helped us to sell the home we had been renting out. It was a tough journey, with storms and the biggest hurricane to hit SW Florida in decades, causing delays completing repairs/improvements before the sale. But Ashley stayed on top of the contractors, holding them to her standards, and made sure the work got done. We got the price we wanted for the sale of our property, and we were very happy with how things went once it was under contract. Highly recommended as a property manager and listing agent. Thanks Ashley!
