  From beginning to end, Gavin Vargas was with us through this whirlwind journey. Selling our home during the holidays was an adventure, but Gavin was well organized and had plenty of resources to tap. He also ensured that our privacy remained intact, so we could enjoy our family traditions “ one last time” during the holidays in the old house. We had a very fast and successful sell, which in turn led to a very successful purchasing experience for us. The two ran concurrently and closed in the time frame that we needed.   Gavin was recommended to me by my boss with glaring reviews. And, there was no disappointment. He has been awesome to work with that it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. The best part was that he has been really responsive to our inquiries with not only short messages but thoughtful answers to our questions. He has been very patient with us and has reached out to us to check in throughout the process. When there are bumps on the road, he provided us with a clear explanation of what was happening and why it happened. I moved here first before my whole family and did not have a car to go around. He willingly accommodated me and drove me around to house tours. He was with us the whole process and even after. I would totally recommend Gavin to anyone who wants to find their house in the area.

  Kim Harty was phenomenal throughout the entire process! Although at times I was frustrated and overwhelmed, it was definitely the process in general along with my situation with relocating and starting a new job. Kim was professional, responsive, and genuine. If Kim did not catch the home that was for sale by owner, I would probably be still looking and staying in the Airbnb. I am grateful for Kim's support and wisdom as a first time home buyer and I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy and/or sell!

  Eliana was great! Extremely helpful and detail oriented. She answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer to our questions she would investigate to help us out.   Mrs Cassandra Smith was our agent, she was excellent she was able to show us homes via Video since we are currently living in Port Orchard it was an amazing experience she also caught a mistake that the sellers agent missed that would have cost us $10,000 and she she picked up our modem and our router for us to use the internet while staying at our new residence before we move all our belongings. She is the very best agent we have ever had! cassandra absolutely went the extra mile for us and we will never forget it.
