Just saw a commercial of BOA customers on their phones with the banking app. Too many banks closing. Customer service rules don't meet client needs. Scammers from foreign countries love this bank. They don't appear to protect the vulnerable.

I’v been a long-time customer of Bank of America, but may have to rethink. The only activity I do on a regular basis at the bank is to pay my credit card bill. I’m physically disabled, so I need the drive thru. In the Tri-Cities, the Pasco branch shut down their drive thru, and in Kennewick & Richland they aren’t ever open. Now I need my elderly Mom to go with so she can go into the bank. The last 3 times we went to the Pasco Branch it was “temporarily “ closed. I think I need to switch my account to a bank that has an open drive thru.

      Response from the owner

Very good experience. I only had to wait a few minutes and the teller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Glad to see a BOA in Richland.

Arrived at 4:52 pm, went inside for 2 transactions. After I told the teller the 2 transactions I needed she quickly went to work. After counting back my withdraw she stated " It's now 5:02 and the bank is closed" I had One more transaction to do!! I had to go back the following day. Changing Banks

They are never open, they have weird hours, and not open on Saturday, most people work Monday thru Friday during the hours you are actually open. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m actually trying to encourage my significant other to move our business to Chase. Bank of America here in Richland completely sucks!

First time visiting this location and it was like a ghost town. Only 2 tellers a receptionist and relationship manager. The tellers were nice but looked overwhelmed. The teller helping me told me i was required to show my photo to deposit cash into my own account because it was a federal law...my bank doesnt require it. Also they couldnt reset my pin without knowing the 6 digit pin that was sent to me.... id have to wait 20 minutes to meet with the only banker to change my pin number....not so convenient. Lastly, she said she couldnt find my account with my debit card or the account number i provided to her from my BOA app. So i gave her my ID and she still couldn't find it...not sure why. Needless to say my first experience there wasnt good. Ill be going back to UMPQUA BANK.

My Husband and I decided to give Bank of America a try. I am so sorry we did. Only 4 locations in all of the Tri Cities. No drive thru in Pasco, No drive thru atm in Richland, Richland branch doesn't open until 10 am and Kennewick has construction so no drive thru and I do not even know if it is open because I couldn't get in the parking lot. I can't wait to switch back to Gesa.

Bank was closed yesterday at 1:30 pm, no notice, no explanation. It happens too often at this bank. No drive thru ATM. It is difficult and unsafe to get to ATM, especially, with any challenge with walking. Also, bank property is really unkept, needs sprucing up, badly. It doesn't look open, when it is, more like the look of being abandoned.

I dread coming to this location. Does not matter the time it is, there is always 1 teller working. I'm just curious as to why they are always short staffed? I have friends that wouldn't mind working at a bank. Also baffles me that this is the only location that I have to deal with this. Pasco and kennewick branches always have more than 1 teller. Is there not people banking at the richland branch that they feel 1 teller is sufficient? I'm just curious.

False promises! Customer service is horrible! I've left msg after msg and No call back! After weeks of leaving messages I was finally told that I would receive a call back by the end of the day, but apparently that was a lie too! I am only trying to get the $300 I was promised for opening a checking account! I was told to call her back after I had at least $4,000 in direct deposits and she would get the $300 bonus released to my account.
