      You guys aren’t running a terrible bank and I do enjoy the experience banking here. However, can you please move your hours back to 6pm on Fridays? Most of the time, I can’t get to the bank until around that time on Friday’s and there are certain things I can’t do with an ATM, thus needing service. It’s been a hassle

      This location is always experiencing last minute unexpected closures. Making it super inconvenient to bank. The next closest location is in Kennwwick by the mall, like 10 miles away. So frustrating! Why has this location been closed all week?

      Why is the Jadwin Branch closed Monday - Thursday with limited hours open on Friday? Even the ATM Machine is not operative. There is no notice for reason for closure. I think it is time to find another bank, one that is more service oriented.

      Super rude staff, even if just 1 person ahead of you in the drivethru it takes 20 to 25 minutes to pay a bill every time. Not always open when their hours say they are, sometimes closing early. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank and I am closing out my card. DO NOT BANK HERE, you will regret it!

      It's time to open the lobby to business. This is insane that the only place you're not allowed into are the bank lobbies. Sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes is getting old. Update 4/2/21: Lobby is still closed, rest of the state is in Phase 3, except for this bank. Open the doors. Some of us cannot use the online deposits or the atm.

      I only bank here for someone else, and I can't believe they are not open inside, and yesterday the drive through was closed, when open they don't have all lanes open. So I have to drive to another branch, who aren't open inside and don't have all the lanes open. Spent an hour one Saturday at the mall location in the drive through lane which reached out to the mall entrance.

      ATM is usually broken in one way or another. The other option is to wait for 20-30min in the drive thru. Then another 15 min for them to deposit a check into your account.

      Hours said they were open @11:00 no one there ,no sign saying they were closed, drive through was not open, doors looked
