  Very personal experience impressed me greatly. Walked in to have a watch back put on. He got it done ran to local jewelry store in same strip. Got it done so I was looking at Coins. Got 2 pieces of silver will be back. And I live In Manassas.

  Treat yourself to that one thing you've wanted, while you peruse their various treasures for sale. All priced reasonably, in a quant, tranquil and clean shop. Transactions handled in a professional and friendly manner. Store front parking in an easy to find location. Highly recommended.

  I really just had to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude to the good folks at the Winchester Exchange. I am familiar with the business of jewelry and the huge mark-ups you typically find in mall establishments and chain stores etc... Last year I paid a visit in hopes of surprising my then girlfriend with an impressive engagement ring and was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by BOTH Scott and Brandon. My purchase exceeded my expectations (and hers) They went above and beyond with regard to sizing and attention to detail... I left feeling satisfied and confident with my purchase!! Fast forward a year and a half later and it was my now, Wife's birthday and shortly after entering, I was greeted by Brandon who greeted me by my first name (whaaaat!?!) I work with the public everyday and when it comes to customer service I too pride myself in making those same connections with my customers and Brandon is top notch!! I highly recommend anyone to pay a visit and see for yourself (you may be surprised not only by what you find but the overall sales experience) Ask for Brandon - Tell him what you're looking for... whatever your budget may be and I promise your dollar will go much further and your happiness will last much longer - Support your local business and keep your money in the community when you can. It is far more gratifying than dealing with the faceless entity of the internet. ☆☆☆☆☆ Keep up the good work Brandon and the Winchester Exchange. Thank you, from a customer for life!

  Purchased a few coins a few months ago and again yesterday. Incredible customer service and a pleasure to do business with. The prices were more than fair. Looking forward to expanding my collection and doing a lot more business here. You won't find a better place in town.
