  12 weeks ago I was renting. I had always wanted a house and did not think I could afford the down payment. Wilson assured me that he could help me out. After a week of looking I found the perfect house. Made an offer, and it was accepted two days later. 45 days later I moved in. Wilson made everything easy. He knows all the right people. If you want somebody with a great sense of humor who's always going to be there to answer your questions, choose Wilson he knows what he's doing!!! Updated 4/28/2020 Wilson was my mortgage agent when I purchased my house back in 2016. Because of this, he has a very good understanding of the details of my loan. I did not have to call Wilson when mortgage rates dropped, he called me! Because of his fast thinking, Wilson saved me a ton of money! He’ll do the same for you

  Wilson and his team always go above and beyond for their clients! The full process of our loan was timely, accurate and kept moving forward even though the COVID stay at home mandate.   Bought and financed my first home with Wilson back in 2016. He's professional, knowledgeable, reliable and SUPER responsive. It was my first time getting a loan and Wilson was really patient with me, walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Wilson to any first time home buyer out there. I'm on my way to purchase my 2nd home now. I will definitely contact Wilson again and be expecting me to write another review soon.

  10/10 would definitely recommend Wilson and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan/refi! He kept in constant contact on each step of the process for our refi and let us know exactly what to expect. We’d gotten burned before when we did a refi with one of those 1-800 internet companies but Wilson made us feel very confident & comfortable with what we were getting. Not only was he able to lower our monthly payment and get us a lower interest rate but he was also able to help us get a car loan & 2nd mortgage loans paid off! I will only ever use Wilson for all my mortgage needs in the future!

  Wilson is the most knowledgeable, he helped us with buying our home this month, yes what a Christmas present. We had lost a home as did most in 2008, we were not sure if we would qualify for a home ever again. Wilson was honest and explained what we needed to do to accomplish home ownership once again. We had shopped around with other lenders, but did not feel that they were as honest and knowledgeable. Wilson and his team were very thorough, which made the day of closing so smooth. We highly recommend Wilson and his team, a shout out to Lindsay his loan processor, such a great personality, she made the process not as intimidating.

  Wilson was nothing but exceptional through the whole process! I wasn’t sure if would be able to get a loan for the house I was looking at and he was able to make it happen with a type of loan process that I didn’t even know was possible. Bothe realtors really enjoyed working this him as well because of his constant communication to make sure the process was running smooth and on schedule. I 100% recommend him if you’re in the market to purchase!

  Wilson was amazing to work with. He walked us through the financial side of buying our second home and was always very transparent with what was going on. He answered all of our questions honestly and quickly. He gave us all the options and made videos to explain them which was so helpful. He was incredibly ahead of schedule in the process which made us feel really secure in the process, especially during the crazy time of Covid-19.

  Wilson recently helped my partner and I get a loan for our first house! Wilson takes his time with first home buyers to explain e-v-e-r-y detail about the loan process. This is INSANELY helpful since we had 0 experience dealing with home loans. Not only was Wilson helpful with explanations he was always available to us. He had great open lines of communication. He always answers texts or calls. This is so helpful in this particular housing market (portland housing market is insane!).
