  I never dreamed of being a homeowner and even thought it was impossible as I was told years ago I no longer had use of my VA loan. Through the whole process of getting my home loan him and his team made the whole loan process easier and stress free.. Thanks to everyone who helped I was able to close the home loan 5 days earlier then scheduled.   They were outstanding! They searched and were able to give us the best loan for our particular situation. Most mortgage people get commission and try to put you in a loan where they get the most money selling it to you. Not Brian and his team. The lenders fees were so low. Brian was like a lifesaver for us with how honest and knowledgeable he was. We are so thankful we found him!

  Brian and Bri made buying our new house almost fun. With VA loans, buying a home is often a roller coaster ride, but Brian and Bri were amazing. They clearly communicated with us all the way through the process. we always knew exactly what they needed from us in terms of documentation and forms to fill out, and due to their weekly update emails we always knew where we were in the process and when something (like a delay in getting the appraisal done) affected our closing date. They were not only extremely knowledgeable and competent professionally, they were a joy to work with as well. They have my highest recommendation for any mortgage transaction, but especially if you are buying a home with a VA loan.

  Our mortgage lender Brian Stone of Fairway Independent Mortgage was tremendous. His ability to explain the variety of lending products that he could offer immediately set our minds at ease and gave us a very clear picture of what we could afford from the start. He managed the lending process well, providing us with a timeline as well as frequent but unobtrusive updates via email. Both Brian and his assistant, Bri Lux were timely in their requests for documentation, very good at providing explanations for any questions we had and clearly did a lot of work behind the scenes so that we didn’t have to worry ourselves with some of the details that go into acquiring a mortgage. I highly recommend Brian’s services to anyone seeking a residential mortgage.

  I’ve known Brian for about 4 years and I knew the moment my husband and I were going to be looking for a home, the first person I would call would be Brian.   Brian and Bri guided me through the mortgage process incredibly effectively. They provided clear descriptions of everything that was required with weekly updates of the paperwork status to make sure that everything was on track to close on time. Every inquiry was immediately followed up with a phone call to clearly describe the process and ensure everything was clear. At the end of the process, my escrow agent was even impressed with their performance as they were able to fund my mortgage the same day that we signed the paperwork. Highly recommended
