Great credit union! The employees are friendly, professional, and work hard. They are accommodating and understanding especially to those who have been banking with them for a period of time. I laughed when I saw reviews regarding their drive thru system because it is no different than any other bank, CU, fast food joint, etc.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was helped by Rosa and as soon as I told her I wasn’t a member and wanted to be one she completely shut me out. And acted like she didn’t want to help me. I was going to come back and make an account but after being treated like that I will be taking my business else where. Be better you guys.

I'm laughing at all the older reviews about the ATM machine being out of service at this branch -- it was again today! Best part: you can't actually see the technician working on it as you drive up (technician is blocked by his own vehicle). So, I get in line behind his van and then a couple more cars are behind me (and I'm blocked in). After a good 20 or 30 minutes, one of the employees comes out and starts directing cars (starting with the back of the ATM line, of course) to get in one of the two drive up lanes. She finally gets to my car where my window is rolled down, and I'm smiling, and she says -- super snotty -- "The machine is down" (duh -- I've been watching the guys work for quite some time) "and you need to get in one of those two lanes...unless you wanna wait!" How about -- since a repairman's van looks just like a customer using the ATM, from the street/driveway -- putting out a sign out if/when the ATM is out of service, Einstein. Seems simple. 🤷‍♀️

Having been a member for many years I just learned the hard way NOT to trust them to work with you. Due to a motorcycle injury, high medical bills and life we were forced to restructure our finances. Knowing we would lose our car we tried our best to work with them. However, this company was very quick to make sure that my wife lost the only trustworthy car to get to work in as fast a manner as they could. Would they work with us??? NO!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Not only that, they used the most foul company to get the car who would not work with our time frames

Sub-par customer service. Don't go inside with messy hair or they will judge you. Also don't bother making any suggestions on how to improve their service. The manager will just be unessarly short with you and act like their time is more valued then yours. I will now avoid this branch whenever possible.

Negative stars for this credit union as a whole. Incompetent people doing obstructionist things with your account is not good. Every teller, and certainly their managers, should know what forms and pieces of information are needed to open an account, change an account, accomplish banking. Their primary purpose should be to serve banking needs of their loyal customers. It appears that they just like to be a company that “sounds local“ but actually sends loan servicing and other banking tasks off to other states. Find a credit union that employees Washingtonians. Look for a credit union that actually supports local community in total. Judging by the incompetence of lobby staff it is understandable that their board has decided to hire contractors from California, Arizona, New Jersey, Texas. Apparently they have not tapped into a pool of talent in Vancouver that would suit customer needs.

You USUALLY have great people working as the tellers. After that, don't expect much help. Been banking with them ever since Washington Mutual went out. Decent services. Free notary and coin machine are good pluses though.

Sorry to see how this place has changed. Two people in my family have now had some of the worst experiences in banking with them. Such as their websites like their website shows several places all over Washington that you can make deposits, but when we tried at 3 different places and finally called CCU to find out why, they said you can only do that at a branch in the Vancouver/Portland area. Not helpful. Seems like false advertising to still have that showing through your webpage. Definitely losing our business, which is a bummer because they were great for many years.

Never had a bad experience until yesterday when we try to open an account for my son.. that Diana Mclean is the worst person ever.. not only that she's rude very unpleasant and unhelpful.. instead of helping us she tries to argue with us.. we walked out and I hope we don't need to deal with this kind of person again.. so we made appointment to chase instead.. I don't understand she still have a job with that kind of attitude towards customer..
