      wonderful established business , i am a caregiver for a veteran who has earned his retirement from working and maintained the I-5 bridge and military retirement. he has always had a smooth transfer with all the changes in banking with this bank for over 40 years, friendly service tends to keep a close secure eye on their people for any abnormal activitys and are quick about squaring up any issues with his account.

      Was told I needed to go outside to fix my bank account. Use their atm which charged me 4 dollars just so I could put 5$ into my account. The ladies there were rude and almost laughing at my situation. Like I was intruding, I only was with Umpqua for a few weeks but if your looking for a new bank to start an account with, please continue looking.

      With this bank I don't have a good experience. Many times when I was in this bank, I payed all the amount and had a zero balance, but then in couple days came a new charge for late fee. I came to them to check what it was, but nothing worked. I even called the customer service, but no one could tell me what the amount was for. My opinion these are the people that dont know their work, this really disappoints me. They don't understand what's happening in their system and can't for this reason help. I called more than one day to them and they always gave a new phone number to call, but none of these numbers helped me with my problem. I would be happy if this message will be read and looked so that in the company there will be better workers. Ever person needs to work where they can help others and understand their job.

      Literally the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I have had to reorder my debit card more than twice. The first two times I did it in person. The other times over the phone. Every time I ordered a new debit card it either “never showed up” “got sent to the wrong address” or “was returned for some unknown reason” AND TO TOP IT ALLLL OFF!!! When I called to rectify this banks screwup the lady had the audacity to give me attitude like a little teenager.

      This bank does not care about the community. They will rob you with overdraft fees and refuse to remove them, regardless of if you have money in your account or not. This bank makes money by punishing people during a pandemic. Do not bank here, you will regret it, and you will surely pay for it.

      There grate I enjoy actually going to a bank again. I never thought I would go to a bank again after blead todeath 400.00 fees for 26.00 in checks. But Umpqua is not like that sure there are fees but this bank will work with you for the most part I've enjoyed the experience at there bank and plan to stay with them...

      In this bank, the workers understand very badly what they are doing, or rather, they do not know their job 3 times I went to them and all the times after them I had a problem paying the whole bag and then all 3 times I had a fine for the fact that, as if not everything would pay, it was all in one month and I called the customer service and they also don’t know how it turns out very dissatisfied with such work ...) they cannot understand what their percentages are and how to explain because they themselves don’t understand...🤕🤒🥺

      I have worked with this bank as well as a couple others on closing an estate. The personnel are professional, competent and always extremely helpful. Much more so than the other big banks involved in this estate. Thank you to all who assisted with this difficult task!

      drive thru is really slow... haven't moved for the last 15minutes.. this is just terrible service....
