  Have been trying for over a year to get a simple personal tax return filed. After 2 face to face meetings and multiple emails with no action, I requested a different accountant. The newly assigned person said his system was down and would call me back when it was back up. Once again, no follow up. Clearly a lack of customer focus, accountability and management oversight but they will spam you with multiple marketing emails a month. Don't waste your time...
