  I'm so happy that we were able to work with Dayle Sproul. From the get go she was honest and patient in answering all of our questions. As first time homebuyers we were very nervous but she found a way to help us every step of the way, all remote and through a pandemic. Extremely grateful for Dayle and our awesome rate that we were able to lock in, would absolutely use Pivot again in the future.

  Jacob Roge did a fantastic job with the refi of my mortgage. With his help I was able to reduce my interest rate, loan term and reduce my overall debt without an increase in my mortgage payment. Jacob was available to answer all questions and concerns during the loan process and after the loan had closed. I high recommend Jacob if you are looking for a new mortgage loan or want to refi your existing loan..

  Tyler Stewart is a great person to work with. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He guided me every step of the way through my refinance. He made the whole process painless. I had some questions after the refinance and he was still available to answer my questions. If he didn't have an answer, he'd find out and get back to you promptly. I would highly recommend Tyler.

  Wish I could give -ve rating Pre approved rate lockedin, month later they claim debt/income is high, I told them I will bring in more money to bring d/I lower. Then on no one replied and no one responded to emails for over 2 months. Later pivot wants 10k in costs to cover increased interest rate (extension) . Fly by night company, no proper office address, all calls go to voice mail. No one responds. Missed interest rate lock . STAY AWAY !!

  The initial onboarding/submitting the paper work was smooth. Right after I turned in my paperwork, the refinance process became painful. The loan was supposed to close on December 14, 2020. The closing date got extended two time and finally closed on 2/4/2021. With each delay the communication was poor. I had to follow-up with multiple emails/calls before I was given an update on the loan.

  Levi Pollack went above and beyond in order to help us understand the different steps in the mortgage process as well as helping work out all of the challenges involved with getting us a mortgage. We live over 100 miles from Denver and yet Pivot Lending and especially Levi Pollack made this mortgage possible. Levi made it happen, he was persistent , he kept us informed, he contacted my accountant when tax questions arose, I could go on and on. MOST IMPORTANTLY--- You can trust what he says -- NO B.S.   This was my first time refinancing and didn't pay lot attention to details during my purchase as i went through builders lender. Eric Fundner is very professional and knowledgeable lender, he answered each every question i had even the basic ones, and helped me through various steps during refinancing process. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

  We paid for our appraisal and Pivot Lending will not release to the other lender we decided to go with at a lower interest rate. Will not respond to emails or phone calls.
