  If I can give 0 stars I would. These people are scammers and rude as hell. Raymond is definitely a hole, I was trying to make a payment guy got disrespectful without trying hear what I was saying and hung up in my face. I called back to speak to the owner they told me to call back at 2pm so we will see.

  Paid off my first car here . Be sure to get your car looked at inspected by another process mechanic outside their dealership. I found a lot of hidden defects and neighed up parts on my car after paying it off.

  The owner Mordechai Gabay is a thief and a con man. Look up cars 4 u now llc on memorial rd for more information. Ownership is clearly stated on the Georgia secretary of state website. If you need buy here pay here services do so in a state that has lemon laws that support the consumer.

  I went in looking for a reliable car that was more my style (small suv/wagon) with good service and convenient price. And that's exactly what I got! I was on a low budget for down payment and in the duration of me getting the rest of the $995 [rounded to $1,000] down they renovated and improved the quality of the car I purchased. Whether you're doing pay all or financing your vehicle they are kind and understanding of your wants and needs, depending on each situation. I left on a great note and look forward to continuing doing business with them. Shoutout and thank you to a great salesman, Jackie Hurtados!

  We bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger that they just put back on the website and had problems from day 1 , spent $1,000 just to fix it then later on had more problems that ended up costing another $800 and the last straw was the car cutting off in the middle of the highway while my pregnant wife was driving. Do not recommend even though it is cheap it’s not worth it

  We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the issues that the vehicle may have endured. However we would like to point out that you bought the vehicle in April of 2020 and although we do not offer warranty, our in house mechanics are available for service. You never approached us to help fix the issues until last week. Which we then offered to help fix the car but you refused our help. Remember you are buying an as/is, used vehicle. The car was in horrible condition when you returned it. Extremely dirty and fluid levels were low. How can a used car last for ever if you can't even do the basic maintenance?

  Rude to there customers just got my car fix like 2 weeks ago and now it sitting in the parking lot like nothing it doesn’t run oil leaking and shaking to much and they can’t do nothing about it cause it’s not there problem

  I don’t know why this place has any bad reviews . Like... drive before you buy keep in mind this is a buy here pay here that means as is . I’ve gotten a few cars from here . Frank is the best . They absolutely work with you on your payments during this pandemic all they ask is you keep up with the insurance on your car . If you can’t afford to fix it don’t get it move on to the next one . Anyhow they are always there for every call I’ve ever made. Communication is key . I absolutely love this place and love my current car . I highly recommend this place . Talk to them with some respect and they will work with you lol . ❤️ You guys thanks so much for everything during these hard times .

  I have never financed a car before now. Everyone was super nice. When I started the paperwork everything was explained to me in detail which really helped. I also got a copy of everything we discussed. We got our 2009 Saturn vue there at a very reasonable price and every time I visit the office to do a payment everyone is all smiles and I'm always greeted with " hey how are you? How's the baby" I love this place because they care about their customers and treat them with respect.

  not financing with them but got a great cash deal on my Chevy Equinox in October and i have no complaints! only needed alignment but other than that the car runs awesome! definitely recommend Franklin and Jackie they will make you feel secure driving out and are honest about every detail during the sale!
