  I can never get a live person on either number provided on the website. Even if I call first thing in the morning I get a recording saying reps aren't available. Unfortunately my loan was sold to this company as a first time homebuyer. So far the first impression has been horrrible!

  if i could I would give a negative number. the people here do not want to work. it is currently 11:12am on a Friday. i have been trying for the pat 30 min to get someone on the phone to make my payment. all it does is disconnect me. I would rather use a cold heartless computer to make my payment, but they can't even get there system to work on taking a payment. take my advice. if you need a loan. go with a loan shark. that will hit you with a baseball bat everything you make a payment. There will be less pain that way.

  Bad like always no one pick up the phone like always, but if I'm late yall call a million times tho good thing I found away too pay my mortgage without calling them SMDH

  Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I truly hate this company. Whenever I have a question or concern, I am on hold for at least 20 minutes and then I am routed to a voice messaging system that says, "Sorry, no representatives are available. Please leave a message". Ok. So after leaving multiple messages, I never receive a call back. Then, when I e-mail the staff no one ever responds to my emails. I hate having a question or concern in regards to my loan.

  If you pay late, the automated system hangs up on you no matter what option you choose. Seems purposeful on their part. I do not recommend this mortgage agency. 1/10

  I have only been with them for 3 months and I am already irritated! . NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Now, from reading the reviews it looks like I am going to have to go up there. They need to do better. This is ridiculous. How does no one answer the phone all day. How is this a business? Update: Atleast some one called me back. Sheesh

  This is ridiculous that you can't get in contact with someone at this mortgage company during this crisis. Why send out an email to contact you, if there is no one there to take your calls to even help you.

  Hard to get on the phone. You wait on hold for 10 minutes or more to be told no agents available and they hang up. Messed the escrow up and by hunt and peck, got a live person. he gave me the direct number to the guy who does escrows. I think that number is a dud. The dude never answers the phone. Yet, they use the wrong taxes and trying to make me pay more for a whole year. As soon as I can get away from them I will.

  Too bad I can't put a negative star or even 10 of them up there. Having so many problems with them there's not enough room here to list everything. I no longer even try to call them anymore, because they just say they'll fix the problems but haven't. I even went to the BBB and, same thing, on the phone they say they'll fix it but nothing happens, nothing gets resolved and still my questions are not answered. We may be taking this further legally so I won't say anything else but please if anybody is reading this, do not do business with this company. You will sleep better.

  This is the worst company. I received the worst customer service in banking I’ve ever known from the staff everytime I’ve ever called to talk to anyone their. They are rude, disrespectful, brash, and belligerent without a reasonable cause. Stay away from this company. They are not good listeners, or solutions oriented. They choose to be resistive to basic respect for all people.
