  On time, simple, friendly and quick. Signing papers isn't fun but at least we didn't walk out with a giant pile. I appreciated the PDF emailed to me later. I would use them again.

  I would like to convey disappointment and dissatisfaction. 1. Spelled the buyer's name wrong on closing documents on closing day 2.Recorded on county office documents with only one buyer name instead of 2 buyers. 3.Spelled buyer's name wrong on county office again. I needed to make several calls and emails to correct again and again. Totally disappointing !!!

  They were helpful, easy to work with, overall very happy with their service. There were a few pages missing on signing day so we had to do two signing days, a little inconvenient, but overall everything went well
